JUAN is a STAR! His assist to secure my storage was amazing and Juan went up and beyond. Then I opened the storage space and almost fell it. There was SOOO much room and for the price!! I was paying just as much downtown for 1/4 th of what I now have. People, come up to Harlem and find ExtraSpace! Wont be sorry. Trust!

I feel I’m asked to submit the survey prior to my actual move date. So, I can only comment on my pre-move in experience. I met with Juan to go over the particulars. Pleasant and straight forward responses. We discussed suitable options. After deciding on a preferred unit, we easily completed the transaction via phone. After, I met Aisha and she was pleasant and assisted with get-ready items and info I needed prior to moving items into storage.The unit I selected was as clean as the fresh scent when you enter the office. Definitely impressed with the clean floor as I inspected the unit. Also, the floor I’m using did not have, what you would think, a storage facility smell.
