Mr. Ordynans really came through for me recently so if anyone reads Yelp reviews to make their decisions about insurance agents, hear this. I picked him randomly back in 2014 because I had policies in another state with Farmers and wanted to get my multi-whatever discounts. For a few years, we had some back and forth and he was always responsive and helpful. Last week we bought a car and needed proof of insurance while still in the showroom on a Friday evening. I called but got voicemail so I wrote a quick email and contacted the main Farmers number instead. They hooked me up with another agent in my state who wasted over an hour of my time- first his computer was running slow, then there was some other glitch, yada yada yada. As the salesman and my husband stood over me, Mr. Ordynans calls back and I was all set in less than 15 minutes. Great service, easy to work with, very responsive.
