I received my ring today, all I can say is O.M.G., this is the most beautiful piece of jewlery I own!! The ring sparkles and twinkles like a star...I could not be happier with my purchase. More than 100% satisfied with my engagement ring purchase! Not only is the ring stunning, the response and care from FD has made me feel respected and valued as a customer. One of the emeralds in the band inadvertently popped out and was lost. Fortunately, the ring has a lifetime warranty, and I was quickly assured the emerald would be replaced and the ring checked to be sure that the incident would not occur again in the future. Due to the care, promptness of replies, and overall quality that I have received through my experience with FD, I feel honored to recommend FD for such major and meaningful purchases. I purchased an engagement ring from Fascinating Diamonds in October 2023. I went through their online catalog and found some interesting designs. I wanted to see them in person so I went to their office in NYC. Raj, the owner, was really helpful and knowledgeable about the diamonds. He not only showed me the demo pieces but also help me understand the specific diamond characteristics. They also had a lot of design options available in different metals like platinum and gold. This information helped me make a decision on what kind of diamond I want to buy. Since I was traveling to the US for a short duration, I took the delivery of the ring myself. When the ring arrived, Raj helped me check the authenticity using the GIA number provided on the certificate and the Diamond too. I would definitely recommend Raj and Fascinating Diamonds to my friends and family.

Completely blown away at how beautiful the ring turned out. It was exactly what I was looking for and my fiancée absolutely loves it. At the time, I was definitely nervous for ordering something like this online and not being able to see it in person, but after chatting with Roger on the support chat, I felt better about going this route and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The prices on fascinating diamonds are way more reasonable than I could find elsewhere and their quality is top notch. I received the ring right on time, just before my planned Thanksgiving proposal. I will certainly be planning to get our wedding rings here as well. I highly recommend!

Customer service was really good. I live out of their state and was purchasing online. It's always nerve racking to spend that kind of money on the internet. They called me right away after my purchase and spoke with me one on one about what to expect and even let me delay the shipment so that it fit my timing perfectly to make sure it was a suprise. The ring is very delicate and has nice small details. So far the stones seem to be set in sturdy enough. It's as good as I could have asked for shopping online, not being able to see the ring upfront. My only very very minor complaint is that the side stones could be a little more substantial they are a little lack luster as far as presence. Everything else was just right though. I'd definitely buy from them again.

After searching all over for a jeweler who could create the perfect, unique engagement ring for my lady, I found Fascinating Diamonds. Fascinating Diamonds was the only place I could find that could make the exact ring I knew she wanted--white gold with a round-cut solitaire diamond and sapphire hidden halo. Raj contacted me by phone only minutes after I placed the order to confirm the details. He was very attentive and kind. I received the ring by mail in less than two weeks. It looks incredible.
