My 80 year old brother is in a nursing home and I'm handling his mail/ bills, etc. A few days ago he got a notice from the IRA that he has a $489 credit due from his 2019 tax return that was never filed. According to Federal Tax Service he no longer had to file taxes. I called and asked Elliot Winetsky if he could file the necessary paperwork to get the money. Elliot refused since he said he hasn't spoken to my brother for 3 years. Slightly unprofessional.

David and his team are EXCELLENT. I was referred by their long time client (3rd generation customer) who used to work for me. Not only did the team go way out of their way for me, but David himself is extremely customer service minded. They always respond quickly by phone/e-mail, they're warm in person and always prepared. I feel confident my taxes are prepared responsibly. This is the second year that I'm working with FTS, and I felt compelled to write a review because I can't thank them enough for the peace of mind and excellent level of service that they provide.
