I used to come to this location religiously. But since they moved across the street, I've had nothing but terrible customer experience. I went in today to drop off a return and print. The machine was giving me an error message when inputting the retrival code and to seek assistance. I went back to the cashier and she proceed to tell me to wait and have me stand in front of her for 5 minutes. No communication...is something going on. At least the other gentleman were apologizing. But the female cashier was rude. I'm really sadden by the behavior I've received on my most recent experiences. Might be time to use another location/carrier.

I used the computer for 5 minutes and printed 20 sheets of paper. The cost $20. $16 for my prints and $4 for my time on the computer. I consider this highway robbery and I don't see why people sit there for hours using the internet. In fact the man next to me was cropping Kim kardashian photos -_-

I'm here to let FedEx know what a great person they've got in Marisol. You can really tell things are opening up again because the FedEx locations are getting a lot busier. I came in Wednesday morning with a multi-step, complicated printing request and Marisol problem-solved it like a champ. And while she was doing that, she was also able to help out other FedEx employees with their tasks, setting them up at other stations, answering quick questions while still making me feel like my project had her attention. I was impressed and thought the team should know. My printing would take a while, and even when I asked for an earlier delivery, she let me know the rush charges ahead of time and just made me feel less like I was her problem, but rather she was someone working WITH me to solve my problem. Marisol made this headache a lot easier. Thank ya!

Just had the best experience at this FedEx location thanks to Dessa. When the self serve printer got jammed she immediately came to help me and went above and beyond for my help with printing and laminating multiple pages. She was so friendly and professional and went above and beyond to help - thank you so much!!!

Came here with some bulky random items to send in one package and expected a struggle based on all the negative reviews. However all of the employees were super helpful when it came to finding the right box, lending me tape and sharpie, and helping me package everything. It made what I thought would be an unpleasant ordeal into a quick and painless task!

all reviewers describing non-existent customer service at this fedex location are absolutely right. the rudest manager. he sees customers standing 6 ft apart, following the covid-19 protocol. what does he do? walks around the counter towards the line, forcing people to tumble back. then just turns around and goes behind the counter and simply stands there doing nothing. with so many good workers who lost their jobs, why cant fedex hire decent people? this creepy manager should be fired. asap
