Being a writer / artist in my spare time in NYC, I have become quite a fan and frequent patron of FedEx Print Shops all over the city. With the pandemic closing the library and other options for having a wifi enabled location to accomplish anything be it professional, personal or education related FedEx Locations make certain tasks accessible where otherwise could be difficult. That is until you have to interact with one of the nasty, good for nothing but reverse racism, judgemental and just dead wrong all around attitudes behind the counter. In particular the 2 most embarassing locations in Manhattan 108 E 28 St. NewYork 10016 and BROADWAY BY 34ST.Management in these stores is not only loud mouth, rude, obnoxious and extremely racist and unprofessional with ignorant attitude that left my humble and polite self absolutely uphauled a likely to look into a discrimination or several part civil suit given the several extreme experiences with managers and even being denied service, and refusal to ring me up and allow me to pay for a small hand sanitizer bottle when there was no one in the store, no line and 3-4 employees standing around doing nothing but refusing me service and securing themselves top slot on my shit list. I am as 34 year old white male, and not a racial biggot by any means. But all too often, maybe it's a coincidence, but undertone of community in general is there is a SERIOUS SERIOUS problem with reverse racism and in my case in particular a certain profile fit almost every time, and 25-49 year old Black women that are on the clock, working, in a professional or retail environment leave me stupified as they meet my polite inquiry in a nasty,u totally rude and unacceptable manner. The lack professionalism and even to go so far as to disrespect and mistreat me, when I am polite professional and friendly as can be. Often FedEx locations host incidents and i cannot believe how often this has been happening, it's absurd. It's such a crazy example of a double standard, biggotry To have such a chip....
