On the slow side but not bad. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would come back again.

I was very impressed with her energetic and genuine spirit. She was very professional and wanted to help me even though she needed to figure out the next step. I admired her "can-do" attitude. Tanasia did a fantastic job on my project. And, she really cared that I was happy with it. Her boss was terrific, too. Both of them are GREAT assets to your company!

I have gone here so many times, probably 15 different times, to print, ship, etc and every single experience has been the same, horrible. Prices are crazy, they nickel and dime you for every thing if you want a special print job, don't go here. I recommend going to Copyland on 65th instead. The employees that work here are some of the rudest people I've encountered in nyc. I get it, people aren't that friendly here, but the attitude when asking a simple question. Never again.

I had the best experience at this location! I came in right before closing and needed to quickly print out some fliers. I was having trouble with printing my document and Tanisha was so friendly and helpful. She was able to get it printed for me and didn't make me feel rushed at all even though the store was about to close. Thank you so much! I would come back here again.

I was surprised to see that my favorite Fed Ex store doesn't have more 5 Star ratings! Every time time I have entered this intimate shop, ( it is smaller than some of their other larger shipping stores) I've been greeted warmly and have received excellent service! Gale who has been a Team Member since 1997 and is one of their exceptional employees, continues to make my shipping and shopping experiences pleasurable!

For my purposes - which is limited to dropping off a properly packed and labelled package with any attendant documentation properly filled out - this place is simply unusable. One time at about 10 minutes before last drop off they tried to upsell on packaging and told fibs to try to do so. I was express shipping some expensive items in a well built wooden crate. They tried to tell me Fedex doesn't accept wooden crates and they wanted to build a new one for me. No thanks. They hemmed and hawed with me until the pickup truck left causing me to have to ship the next day. So I left and used a different ship center. Next time I brought in a similar shipment in a fedex box in which I inserted a slim plywood slate case. They looked at the documentation and saw that it was an expensive export. They told me it had to be repacked (at my expense of course). I advised them it was packed correctly and if they had any doubts to clear up they could contact the New York region's supervisor's office and I gave them the number. They accepted the package and tried to ignore giving me a receipt, which I demanded. Bad acting people here.

When it comes to printing, this place is pretty poor in terms of service and quality. The employees have very little knowledge of the printers - I wasted money to get some files printed, and they were unable to print the files at the size they were designed. I was told that they are unable to print anything at size, and all files will be stretched to fit the paper. To anyone that knows anything about printing, this is absolutely ludicrous.

B&W printing was $3 a page. Every time I come here they try to print my whole email (rather than just the attachment like I request) and charge for their mistake and the extra pages. Be careful to state the number of pages and copies you need and be very specific with instructions. Better to go to Midtown Copy Center on 55th/2nd

They charged me $4 for a small FedEx box. It was a free return and they charged me for the small cardboard box. I don't dislike this place usually. It has some space and a small selection of office supplies etc. The staff tend to ignore you for as long as possible but they're friendly and helpful once they stop chatting w each other.

This place is awful. The service is horrible. Will not be using this location in the future. It doesn't cost anything to show a little kindness and courtesy.

FEDEX Lexington Upper East Side 1200 3rd Avenue These stores are on every corner in my neighborhood. I'm fairly happy with the service I have received at this store. This store has hours that are NOT very convenient. There's a few locations open 24 hours. They provide other services at this store. I've used the copy service and fax. These things come with a price so I try to avoid anything but shipping. Typically the shipping is paid for by the sender when I return merchandise. I have never had a package missing. I recently had a package that was time sensitive. It was handled timely. During tax season I sometimes find it necessary to visit here. I'm hoping it will be less often this year. My daughter is getting her printer/scanner up and running soon!

i have strict instructions from my godfather (godfather to 7 kids so name stuck with him) please go to my apt and pick up some documents in a folder then go to the fedex store a few blocks away and make 2 copies of each document and dont look or read a word as its none of my business and when its comes to king ben's integrity i respect my peeps privacy . ok i make my way to the counter and the fedex employee already had the fedex envelope ready so all i had to do was hand him the closed folder and the fedex label that i filled out correctly . i watched carefully as the fedex worker seals the envelope , slaps on the label and works his magic on the fedex computer. i used my fedex account number so i didnt have to pull out my wallet and after 5 minutes i got my receipt and damn 33 bucks for a envelope that weights an ounce going to the west coast. i like doing favors for family and friends (i cant lie i took a peek ) fedex location 3rd ave 70th St.

I walked in with a poorly taped label on my part and a kind gentleman behind the counter helped me save so much time on my end. The label couldn't scan bc I poorly tapped it on my part and instead of handing the package back to me to handle the issue on my own- he saved the day in seconds. I'm not a pro in packaging and I would have ripped the tape off and reprinted the label. He was a professional and fixed the issue in 3 seconds with a little trick of cutting the label and retapping it down. Thank you!
