While the staff may not be fully informed about the process, they are generally helpful in assisting customers with package drop-offs. Customers appreciate the availability of this service, especially in areas without a full-service FedEx facility nearby. Despite some uncertainties, FedEx OnSite offers a useful option for package drop-offs and is considered the best pharmacy in the Inwood area for this purpose.

In a busy Duane Reade. There is no sign as to where the drop-off is and the cashiers seem to know little about what's going on. I was nervous leaving my package there, but it did get picked up.

Worst run Duane Reade in NYC. Always backed up line. THEY WILL NOT fill your order ahead thru the app within the hour. Maybe 3-4 hours beforehand. And, they will NOT print off labels for FedEx, strictly drop off and pickup. Any extra work they have to do on their end they absolutely will not.

If you don't have time to spare, you're out of luck, particularly on Thursdays when they get merchandise shipments. FedEx booth is hardly attended, mainly because Walgreens is understaffed.
