I wanted to bring attention to a concerning incident regarding our recent experience with FedEx on 2/8/24. I must say, I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service we received, and I feel compelled to share our dissatisfaction.During a recent visit to one of your branches, our employee, was almost attacked by one of your employees named Samantha. What made matters worse was the fact that the manager on duty persisted on holding Samantha back, rather than diffusing the situation and ensuring her safety. This incident reflects poorly on FedEx and raises serious questions about how your company treats its customers.As a manager, I expect a certain level of professionalism and customer care from service providers we engage with. It is disheartening to see that FedEx failed to meet these expectations. Our employee should not have been subjected to such a hostile environment, especially when she was simply trying to conduct business.I strongly believe that FedEx should be embarrassed by this incident and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. It is crucial for your company to address this issue promptly and implement measures to prevent any similar occurrences in the future. We value FedEx services, but incidents like this undermine the trust we have placed in your organization.

It looks like scamYou must pay 5 dollars deposit if you need to print. Then deposit will be back on your card, except money which you must pay for printingIn my case I must pay 0.44 $. But they didn't give back a deposit, so they took 5$ instead of 0.44$Avoid!!!!

The worst attention I’ve had in my life, for printing a sheet the lady charged me 3usd no matter if I told her several times that i didn’t need any specific paper, she was very rude and didn’t give me what I asked her for

Went there 3 times on Friday. Young lady with glasses said Happy returns was down. Called 47th street location & advised me to go there. Walked over & the systemwas down also. Terrible customer service !!

Horrible experience coming to this location tonight, just trying to make copies I was yelled at rudely repeatedly. Your customer service relations are quite questionable. I must say I would not ever come to here ever again for any services. I'd much rather go to the United States postal services as there many other ways of making copies.Please don not contact any further regarding this matter.

Not sure why the overall scores are low, but these guys always help me out and are always pleasant in doing so. I live across the street so I use them a lot. Zero complaints here - I recommend this location.

Don't go to this location. They are always slow. I just needed a receipt. Two people were working. One was telling a customer they didn't have change for a $100 bill. They only have $50 in the register. Which really isn't enough money. Why take cash? The other employee was restarting her computer but used an iPad to help me. She did scan my package but walked away to help another customer before giving me the receipt. When I asked if I should just take the receipt? She said "One Minute." I will go to a different location next time. Not that I have had good luck at other locations in the area.

Most Fedex stores in Manhattan are identical. They hire identical employees like it is planned to only hire one trait to the point it is just sad to see such a narrow hiring scheme at these places. How is it even possible nobody else in Manhattan points this stuff out? Anyways this store is the worst. This tiny store with almost no customers and then usually 5-10 clueless employees (who were all hired for one trait) and they are just wildly terrible with customer service to a completely obvious degree. The employees hate for their jobs here overshadows everything else. Why? Working at a Fedex store is not a bad job. Anyways, please avoid this place. Please avoid all Fedex stores in Manhattan (there must be 1000 of them) because the hiring is done with a clear intention of only hiring one trait of person. It is extremely sad going to these places. Like your IQ drops 100 points just walking into the stores and seeing they only hire for one trait in thousands of stores? All the stores are grossly overstaffed. How can such a bad thing be perpetuated so severely within such a huge swath of stores in such a large and diverse city? Why is this acceptable? Anyways... please do not use Fedex in NYC. Please just go somewhere else. Fedex is like the lowest IQ corporation in New York. You become dumber just being near the places. They must have appointed some truly d*** regional managers that only hire for one trait. Beyond sad. Beyond sad.
