The number of bad reviews on staffs here tells you if you don't want to ruin your day, go to other FedEx office store nearby unless you really need to do your thing here. I myself had a bad experience here too; The employees neglected the front desk, leaving customers unattended. (I had to handle a customer who was looking for an assistance, and pointed the back room where all employees were.) When I was peaking back room to seek the assistance like the other customer I handled earlier did, because no one available on front desk, I encountered unhelpful behavior from an employee who sarcastically said "We have to display a sign!" as if I committed some kind of crime. Chill, lady. I was just looking for available staff?♀️ The lack of customer service was frustrating. Her rude and condescending attitude shows how incompetent she is.

After handing me out a completely wrong color printed file and conveying to them my displeasure Ms. Kikani not only placed a deaf ear to my request for reimbursement but insisted I never asked her for one. The second time round gave me a seperate quotation in writing and charged me a double stating it was not what she had quoted me. When I called her out on it instead of admitting she was wrong she lied about the price quoted on email being only for half of the print work. ?

The gentleman working Sunday August 13th in the a.m. hours. He was very rude and did not have no customer service. We'll find another spot to ship my stuff next time.

Carrying two large boxes was a bit of a challenge to go through the double entry doors. Once inside, all went relatively smoothly. Though i had updated all of information on line a few days ago, none of the changes were in the system.

Hey FedEx, you might want to update your pick up policy about ID. Digital IDs are a thing in the modern world. There's a photo and name. Now I have to come back to your location so that some angry worker can glance at my ID for the same name that is on my digital ID. Also, your employees are miserable. If you hate your job so much, QUIT. It doesn't take much to exercise manners. I was very polite and the girl at the counter barked orders at me. I will never be coming back here again.

Sent a retractable banner to be printed (33" * 79").. they printed 32" instead of 33". I have many of these banners and was expecting for them to just print as submitted. the colors look good but the indent on the banner is wrong. I called to get it reprinted to fit the stand and the answer was no, just slide it to be centered. Thought it doesn't look horrible but it's not how it was supposed to be printed. the first picture I circle the indents.. on the 2nd picture is my other banners done correctly by another print shop.They need to learn to take ownership for the service provided.

They helped me about printing papers which is designed by us and it was wonderfull. When i came for the second time print the new designs they were really helpful again. Jenai and the other lady were so helpful thank you ?

DO NOT GO HERE. The employees here are EXTREMELY rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Asked them if I could do priority shipping for a simple envelope and they looked at me like they’ve never heard of such a thing. Wanted to confirm if I would get a tracking number on the receipt and they proceeded to give me SO MUCH attitude for asking such a question and saying they couldn’t give me a tracking number until I have paid like I don’t understand how to ship a package. Work on improving your customer service - these people should be fired.
