This place is hell on earth and for paying 150% the regular print price I could get my printouts quicker after refilling their printer for them — rather than them printing. I came in here expecting nothing and wow. you’re welcome. I expect my check in the mail.

I wish I could give zero stars because my experience was awful here. I went to the store twice in one day. The first time I went, I asked for labels to be made for a substantially sized shipment; the young man there was no help. I realized that labels could be made there (as that is a part of FedEx services), so I returned. Upon my second time, I tried to make my own labels, but realized there was no machine to do so. Due to this, I went back to the front desk. There, I was met with April. When she saw the size of my order, it was apparent she did not want to help. Numerous times she stated she would have to type in the addresses herself. Trying to push us away and make our own, April attempted to make it clear she wasn't \\\"rejecting us.\\\" So, I gave her a chance and started putting packages on the table. She then stopped us from putting packages on the table and reminded us she would have to type them individually. That is when I had enough. I took the packages and left. She also stated they were closing soon (at 7:00 PM), and I arrived at 4:50 PM. There was also no other customer there.

They’re no UPS. When the USPS has better service and more knowledgeable employees, you should be ashamed.

Very slow staff service to print items especially when automated machines should (but didn't work). It seems like folks don't care about customer service nor incentivized to do a good job

The worse experience ever! The sales lady acted as if I was such a trouble when asked for help with computer printing . She just can't be bother, even rolled her eyes while answering my questions. I actually believe she was a racist, she said hello to all the other non Asian customers who walked in the door, meanwhile when I asked a simple question she couldn't even bother to answer me. Save your money and go else where

This was a standard FedEx location which isn’t saying a lot. No one really was helpful or all that friendly. But they did do what I needed done and the cost wasn’t too bad. So I guess this is the best it is going to get for these stores. Someone should train their employees to focus on more friendly service.

I had a great experience at this FedEx print center. I needed an 18x24 poster for an important presentation - nothing fancy, just a single large page. I placed the order online, which gave me an eight-hour delivery time. I went to the store, discussed my deadline (less than eight hours) with the staff member at work at the time, and she was easily able to work with me and accommodate my needs. Charise was able to produce my document, and I was able to take it to my meeting. Thank you.
