Everyone at this location is very kind, except for this young lady. I had 50lbs box, went to the office, and she saw me but just continued to speak with the staff forever. I asked for the service and she gave me the look like, "can't you see I'm speaking to my colleague?" This is not the first time this happened. I used to come to this location very often but stopped because of this same rude lady. FedEx online pickup was not available, and I had to use this place as I had heavy package. Wish I didn't come here and used Uber to get to other location, and I didn't have to feel lousy.

Last time I stopped in here, this store was still not accepting cash which is illegal in NYC.

At 4:50 on November 3 2022, the staff at this location refused to accept a prepaid FedEx package, boxed and labeled correctly by FedEx. They said "because of the code" I had to bring it elsewhere. I said this is a Fedex dropoff facility is it not? And I have a fedex package, you will not accept it?I have a major account with FedEx which I am now canceling.

Rude Customer ServiceI wish I can rate 0 star. One of the employees is very rude! I try to ship my package pack by my own. She we don’t accept it. I user professional pack bag to pack it. I asked why, and She said “don’t ask me.” And just leave me there without answer my question! Don’t go this one!

Just my luck that I read the warnings about Sharon at this location and had to encounter her today. This review is my customer experience with her, and not with FedEx nor their services, which I've been happy with.She was utterly rude and dismissive. She asked for a Drivers License and I proceeded to hand her my passport card (I don't have a license), she then dismissed me and repeated that she needed to see a drivers license. When I tried to explain to her that I didn't have a license, she said, and I quote "Did you hear me? I said I need proof of address." Well you could've started with that...I know I may look young, but I am still a working professional coming here during my lunch break. And this is no way to speak to someone based on your assumptions.

Management has no clue. Some days they have certain rules and other days they do not. Employees here are so d*** it was like dealing with a bunch of toddlers. Do not go here!!!

The staff here is really helpful. I came at a relatively slow time @4pm. I worked with Jenai. She’s awesome. Everyone was friendly, good attitudes and cheery.

Relatively quick and efficient service. This is one of the bigger stores offering a wide array of print and shipping services. The only downside was that the staff could’ve been more friendly to less cold in their approach and that they had their store cleaned a little bit.

Shannon (or sharon) took one look at me and roller her eyes so many times, I'm surprised they stayed in her head. Pablo was friendly but let me know he was tired. He got defensive when I asked him questions about the job. He proceeded to destroy the paper I brought with me and not get the job done in the 30 min I was there. Shannon (Sharon?,) you're a terrible manager.
