Visited this location to return a product that had a prepaid FedEx label. Searched locations in New York City and found this one. Very courteous and helpful staff here!! They walked me through everything and was sure that I was taken care of! Thank you so much for your help!

I’ve never had such bad customer service in my life. Extremely rude and refused to help me when no one else was in the store. (Mike is the one who is extremely rude)

On 1/25/24, at around 2:30 pm, I visited this location. I encountered all the staff working at that time to be rude and found it challenging to receive their assistance. The majority of the staff seemed more engaged in chatting with each other rather than making an effort to assist customers.

I brought a cell phone for return and had a QR code to print my label. The employee took my package. Week later I called my phone provider to see if they received the return. They told me they received the package but the box was empty. Apparently the worker switched labels on my package. The reason I know this is because the QR label has a max weight on it. The label they received had a weight of 2oz. Please be aware of this scam

The best customer service I have ever received in a FedEx store, you can immediately see that they are not fake but really want to help you. Bri is the best, very professional and fast.

They don’t offer packing services for large or oversized items so I took my money to UPS instead where they will.

Customer service is bad. Staff member was so rude to me when I was just trying to pick up a package. It was so unnecessary.

I had a deadline to return a desktop computer to the manufacturer and I was very anxious about getting it packed and sent on its way. Cathy and the people at 250 E Houston were super nice and capable and it served to really relieve my stress.

Cynthia the store manager is AMAZING, patient, and super professional... the rest of the team is as well but she's definitely great. Every time I come to this location I have a good experience. Everyone is just f&$!#% nice!LOVE YOU ALL!!
