Zero star. The worst service I’ve seen at FedEx 12/18/23 Night shift Staff just don’t care about anything, doesn’t want to do anything. They need to find another job doesn’t need to people.

Hours are posted but not honored. The website says the store will open at 8:00. It does not. Returned at 8:30, employees were in the store, with lights on, but all doors locked. When I returned at 9:00, only one of two entrances was open leaving me to believe it was still no open. When I questioned this, I was basically told to mind my business.

Had a last minute, major print job needed. Called ahead to see if they could do it and spoke with Chris who confirmed they could it for me same day, and worked with both him and Whitney to get a price and the printing going. They were able to do it in 30 minutes which was ASTOUNDING! Thank you to the team and Britney for overseeing things. I’d highly recommend using them.

I googled the address of this FedEx location so I can give it to a FedEx customer service person on the phone. I was making a complaint because I went to this store to drop off a package and the company informed me that they received an EMPTY package. I knew from the time it was scanned into the store then on the truck being delivered, the phone must have gone missing at some point. To my surprise I read another review from 4 months ago of a package they sent that was empty upon delivery. Safe to say that there is something happening at this location, DO NOT DROP OFF ANY PACKAGE HERE! THE RECEIVER WILL RECEIVE AN EMPTY PACKAGE !

One employee came out and told me to leave return package on counter and left without scanning it or providing receipt (happened on 31/05/23) . Company received empty box, escalated to Fedex. Fedex said they sent it as it. Highly suggestive some bad apples working at this location. DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT GETTING RECEIPT FROM THEM WITH WEIGHT INFO.

this fedex location is horrible, by far the worst fedex location I used, unfortunately it is next to my office, the girl clearly treats her breakfast bit is way more important than customer service during her working hours. she refused to come out to scan a receipt for customers, always been using the same excuse that system is down, come on, how a company like FedEx system is down so frequently....i hope someone from FedEx corp will investigate the work attitude and work ethics of this location,

Store manager-Zulma who was working on 6/13/2022 was unprofessional with attitude that made customers very uncomfortable when she was unable to help me package my item. If you can't do it just tell us you can't do it. Don't waste our time. She eventually ignored us and i do not think FedEx should tolerate staff with this horrible attitude.

Had the worst customer service experience ever with Christopher at the counter. Went to ship 1 package and he was rude since the first moment. Providing no help with any information and his mistake led me to have to call customer care 5 times to get the package delivered ultimately. Go to any other Fedex centre - there are about 3 others within a 2 block radius.
