This FedEx has THE most incredible customer service I have received in almost any place, ever. Eddie is an absolute angel. Incredibly knowledgeable, goes out of his way to be supremely helpful and really cares about making sure you get exactly what you need. The whole shop and its staff have good vibes. So happy to have discovered a FedEx location that I will actually look forward to going in to. Thank you, Eddie and Team!!

I LOVE LOVE this location. Yoatani was beyond helpful with getting the posters I needed printed. She did whatever she could to make sure they were perfect and you could tell she actually cares. The store is also very clean and organized!!

Worst FedEx experience I have ever had. I went there on 11/28/23 at 2pm The workers here don't know what they are doing. They scanned the QR code for the package I dropped off, and then they sent this package right back to my apartment! I then realized that the workers did not even bother to put the shipping label on the package, and they accidentally handed it to me with my receipt. The package was bulky and heavy, and I carried it all the way over there for no reason. They wasted so much of my time & energy. I had to call the company I purchased the item from for them to schedule the pickup. Such a nightmare.

The staff is what really makes this store. They will really take care of you and accommodate you as much as possible. It may get a hectic but the staff make it worth it.

Needed to print last minute tickets before a Sunday matinee. The card machine was glitching. Eddie was beyond helpful. He and his coworker were pleasant and kind and welcoming. It was a great experience and Eddie went above and beyond to assist me. Thanks, Eddie!

Very efficient and helpful staff. Special kudos to Courtney who helped me a lot printing a banner. He took the time to better assist me with my needs and adjusting to my budget.He was also very kind and patient with th shipping of all my packages .

Eddie, Store Manager, experiences difficulty in communicating effectively, clearly and succinctly. I walked away feeling confused and frustrated for lack of care. Reference to some other company under FedEx left me thinking FedEx is disorganized.

This was a mostly negative experience for me. I ship via FedEx frequently for work, so I'm fairly familiar with how things go. I was working out of a nearby hotel and carried in a 25 lbs. box that I needed to ship with an account. The box was fully packed, however I didn't have access to packing tape to seal the top. When I walked in, I shared why I was there with the associate (a young woman) and mentioned that I have an account, and I also made it a point to kindly ask if I could borrow a tape gun in order to seal the box myself. When she eventually retrieved the tape gun, she spouted a ridiculous policy about how they don't tape boxes all the time and that they only do it as an occasional "courtesy." I was pretty livid. As a regular customer, the last thing that I want to hear about is some inane "policy" that I can only presume is in place to prompt people to pay for additional packing items like tape. The entire foundation of your business is packing AND shipping, yet you would train your employees to parrot nonsense about "courtesy" as if I'm inconveniencing them by asking for tape, to seal something that cost over $200 to ship. I definitely did not feel like a valued customer based on this experience.

Manager Sarah is inattentive, unreliable, and dismissive. Spent an entire workday walking back and forth to this building being given incorrect times by an amount of hours. Corporate client lost.
