Oh my goodness. I don’t understand how they are still operational. Absolutely awful. DO NOT USE FEDEX. The delivery man knocked on the door and by the time I got downstairs he was driving away! They don’t even bother to post the parcel they just put the slip in the door and drive off. Absolutely fuming. Also THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No telephone only a robot and they will only speak to you if you have a customer account! Omg if you are a business owner DO NOT USE! You will have very unhappy customers.

Sioux and Jada are a dream team and trouble shot a complicated request for a return label on a Home Delivery for me today. Very thorough and educational. I felt sorry for the guy behind me, as he would’ve benefited from having another customer rep available; everyone seemed tied up.

They suck, literally packed my item and put it in a box and they couldn't ship it. If you can, go to the FedEx on Varick, they're nicer. I had a pre-paid label and taped the box down, they're doing too much at this location for refusing it. Do not support them unless you want to waste your time. Another rude FedEx location. It's not hard to be nice.

Despite being warned, I kept wondering why the reviews for the Spring Street store were so bad, and now I know. HORRIFIC customer service, especially from the black worker with the tiny, fake man pony on top of his head. He may even be the manager. Two customers (including myself) were standing in line at 6:40pm and he PROUDLY announced that since FedEx doesn’t process packages after 6:45pm (they close at 7pm), we would need to go to the Leroy station. And then his nasty attitude ensued. The worker at the Leroy station was lovely and professional. I’ll go there from now on.

Michelle is the rudest worker I have ever met. She rolls her eyes at people in front of them. Instead of explaining, she says “do you want me to repeat that?”. A man asked for a receipt and she rolled her eyes and audibly complained in front of the whole store. She doesn’t wear her name tag to not be accountable. She makes rude comments about customers who are simply trying to use fedex services. She should not be in a customer facing role as she lacks any professionalism.

all smiles this team, I have never been motivated to leave a review for fed ex but Jada and the entire team all had smiles and it felt like a moment worth reviewing. The line was there but I didn’t even notice I knew I was going to be helped.

Wifi doesn't work properly neither the printing machines + costumer service is really average almost to the point I wouldn't recommend going there unless you want someone being very rude to you.
