I've been here a few times and have always had a great experience. Recently, I had exceptional customer service from Mel. She was super patient, friendly and very knowledgeable, so thank you Mel, you're the best!

Don’t go here. This almost seems like a fake Fedex that charges whatever they want. There’s a better one a 5 minute walk away that provides actual services

Huge props and thank you to the staff here, who secured my laptop after I left it there and shipped it back to me overnight and completely saved me. They even made sure to add extra padding to keep it safe. The staff was also incredibly helpful when I was at the location. Great customer service

Imagine being minimum wage employees and thinking you're a value add to society. This location would be best be transitioned to fully self service, with the existing employees laid off and unemployed for being utterly useless. Let's make some layoffs happen here

I have tried repeatly to have Fed Ex contact me about the LOUD and foul mouthed delivery agent who each day picks up at the drop box at 39 Broadway. This female employee each day talks on the phone at top volume with the inappropriate content that is far to personal and explict for my clients to be subjected. When asked if she could lower her voice she complains about the fan noise and goes higher. Its a game for her now. Of course fedex has no phone number to speak to a live person or even an email I can find that doesnt involve a tracking number. I would walk a block to ups before i trust this foul mouth complaining agent to touch my delivery. While not offensive I have heard her at xmas time say she's leaving packages on the floor overnight in a public hallway bcz she cant be expected to haul that much. No trust in her concern for the delivery.

Not listed anywhere that they charge for drop off. Abominable customer service given that I'm standing there and the information could've been shared very easily and very quickly but no it wasn't. No need to even have this location open up given that the information is incomplete online and they would be smarter to just open a full service location without trying to screw the customer.

Literally the most helpful and polite young woman I've ever been helped by at a FedEx. She was super prompt, assisted me with finding the correct size box, offered to help pack, and had me in and out as swiftly as I could ask for. Unfortunately I missed her name to ensure she is recognized, but she was working on Tues 8/23, and had dark hair. Thank for making it easy.

Don’t go here! The only location in the area open before 9 but they charge extra just for “handling” if you bring by a prepaid package. Worth waiting for the one on Barclays to open.
