the guy with the accent charged the account on file when i explicitly said I need to charge the card i had in my hand. he also wrote the address, name, and company unprofessional as he used all lowercase.

Use the other location in the area, I promise it’s worth the walk out of your way to actually be A) acknowledged and B) helped. Bare minimum customer service expectations are not to be met here.

40. Broad Street FedEx has the worst service. Plus, Allison. the representative is untrained and she should not be in a customer service position. Plus the manager was of no help. I have used this location many times in the combination between Allison and the manager makes it a horrendous experience.

I received a FedEx shipping label from my company, with the QR code option so FedEx can print the label.They insisted that I had to print it myself, so I showed them the FedEx email confirmation, explicitly stating that they have to print it. Even afterwards, the lady at the counter still insisted “you still have to print it yourself.”Be careful of lazy employees there. I would go to another location.

I have no words, my parcel from Ukraine was lost or stolen. The transport company gave it to another delivery service. There are my things that cost a lot of money. I'm in shock. Find a parcel, I'll give more money, just return the parcel. Why did they give the parcel without my signature? I don’t understand

Great experience with Khadijah and two other gentleman working with her on 3/15. I had a strange challenge with sending some return boxes and instead of turning me away, they were able to work together to come up with a creative solution. It was refreshing to see their willing attitude to help me out - their customer service was really appreciated!

I had a very pleasant experience at this branch. Thalia at the 75 Broad Street is quick, super helpful, and very informative about the FedEx offerings!Compared to my experience at the 64 Beaver Street's UPS branch where there was one employee who was very ill informed and vulgar scared me off.I searched for FedEx walked 2 blocks more, got great service. I paid more but with the service was worth it!

Such a wonderful customer service!! The worker named Prince was so helpful and kind.Me and my friend were in a stressful situation with work as well as having trouble packaging and Prince was very understanding and helpful. He did things that he didn’t have to do out of kindness and empathy!Thank you!

Do not use the packing services here, the item will not be protected. After my item arrived completely smashed, I called the store and it turns out they'd been "having issues" with the employee who packed my item. Despite basically admitting the job was insufficient, the store/manager is not able to help me with my claim and was unnecessarily stern with me on the phone about that. So now I sit on hold with FedEx Claims Dept for at least 45 minutes, daily, never once speaking with a human, with no end in sight!Really wish FedEx were "here for me, now more than ever" in these difficult times.

I am shocked at the level of rudeness that is consistent with how you treat paying customers. If you don't like your job or just cannot stand working with the public maybe you should close up shop or find another job. I could understand if you were pressured due to the amount of customers but I was the only one in the store and treated terribly. After my print job, I asked Brian something basic regarding the price of sending an envelope of paperwork via Fedex since I was headed to the post office and though it might be more convenient to start mailing via Fedex. He did not really answer the question, but actually snapped at me as if I was inconveniencing him by even asking. I left with the feeling of disgust.

No one, but a bogus employee, was at this location on March 30th minutes before 3:00 pm. Wasted my time for nothing accomplished. Totally unprofessinal!

I poked my head in on opening day, and have been coming here for this and that ever since then. The location is constantly getting more and more spruced up. Tom and his son are stand-up guys who are always friendly and cordial [you'll notice and appreciate the difference if you've ever visited the Irving Street FedEx ].
