Incredibly unprofessional, reactive and overly sensitive staff. The people who work here - even management - take every interaction personally and get offended over the littlest requests. This location needs to re-evaluate their staff and hiring processes because the culture is garbage and the staff are toxic.

Kia and Nadia was very helpful. Less homeless there on my last visit.Keep in mind this is self service unfortunately you have to pay for the full service. Believe its $2.50 for copies.

I just stepped out from this location, and I am so upset. This guy that took my package seem to want to play around and in turn messed up my mood. He asked me "why I speak so low?" I said "if you need me to speak louder just ask." As a Latina female I can't get a break, if we speak loud is an issue, if we speak low is an issue. Why do men feel entitled to our answer? He says, "you don't have to get so defensive" and I said, "it's just a weird question" and he says, "well I'm a weird guy" and I walked out. Do I have to tell a stranger the medical condition I have that causes my voice to change? No. Is he entitled to an answer to a stupid question? No. Please leave us women alone, and respect the our autonomy and ownership of our individual and unique self, flaws and all. Customer service shouldn't be this upsetting. I was respectful to him and to him it was all a moment to joke, and not for one moment during the interaction did he acknowledge that his behavior was wrong. Very disappointing experience. Fedex, please do better.

Rude, horrible, unhelpful coustumer service treating you like a garbage,probably twice since I have been using their service someone was nice to me and I've been going over there for years.I go there to print something out from time to time and only choose them because they have a lot of computers to use plus usually I have baby stroller with me it's easy to get inside with stroller, Ups store is so smalland has only one computer but for a change Ups stuff are extremely helpful and nice...at FedEx there's always something wrong with computers or printers, they should have someone to help coustumer out, you sit there your credit card is being charged and no one single person willing to help, they basically ignore you, today after 10 minutes of trying to print something and no luck while my card was being charged I tried to get someone to help me no way they just ignored me so I gave up and left the store and this has happened numbers of times before. Rude, horrible, lazy stuff!

My 85 year old Uncle went to drop off a return package on Tuesday, June 13th around 8.10am.A female African American FedEx employee manning the package drop off counter was extremely rude and unhelpful to my uncle and 3 other customers who were there.The employee told everyone who was dropping off a package to use the self service kiosk and not to wait in line at the counter.My uncle attempted to use the self service kiosk and unfortunately because of his age, was unable to see/read the self service screen and follow the instructions.He went back to the employee and asked her for help because he needed a receipt for the package drop off. He told the employee that he couldn't get the self service kiosk to work.Upon hearing my uncle's pleas for help, she came out and said very sarcastically to my Uncle: "Maybe you don't want to do it yourself!". She was extremely condescending and rude to my uncle even though my uncle kept telling her that he doesn't know how to get the kiosk to work.This is totally unacceptable for someone working in customer service to have such condescending and nasty attitude to any customers, let alone an 85 year old elderly customer.I encourage all who reads this review and had experienced similar bad customer service from this employee to take the time out to call FedEx corporate and complain. Only when customers complain to corporate will these rude and nasty employees be held accountable for their deplorable work ethics and attitudes!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I am a regular FedEx shipper and I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful behavior from a staff. How dare you call customers d**** That is outrageous. I specifically will call out an employee name Nadia. She is the worst and will run this FedEx to the ground if she is still employed there.

The employees who work here are ridiculously rude to the customers, myself and others I've just been witness to. One guy was neutral to me once over a year ago, but every single other interaction with the employees here has been horrible. From the start, they are rude to the customers and so clearly act like they don't want to be there. Go up to the one further up Broadway and 81st, so much friendlier and cleaner! I go 10 blocks out of my way to the other Fedex even though I live on the same block as this one, but they're just so awful I avoid it at all costs.

The staff here made me feel like I was garbage. Rude side comments. Terrible customer service. Honestly I’ve never been. So disrespected and I was nothing but kind and understanding. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Fedex

A Big THANK YOU to Saskia who helped me get large image prints for an upcoming literacy event being celebrated in the Bronx. This will help the children see the illustrations as I read my children's book to them. Saskia was very professional, informative and accommodating throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend this FedEx printing site in West 72nd Street NYC.

Bad customer service. The self service copiers were blocked off when I walked in, and when I asked the two women at the front desk to help me print my documents, one of them told me in an aggressive tone to walk to the fed ex on 80th and Broadway and use the self service copiers there. When I asked if they could just help me print there, they told me to use the computers in the back of the store, but these were not working. No effort to assist me with this simple task- it was like I was an annoyance just by asking the workers to do their jobs.
