Hate to write this review, but.....I’ve been a loyal customer at this local FedEx for over 6 years, and it used to be a place I genuinely enjoyed going to. However, the recent decline in the quality of service and the noticeable shift in employee attitude have left me with no choice but to consider alternative shipping options.In the past, FedEx was my go-to, but it seems like their commitment to customer satisfaction has dwindled over time. The friendly and helpful vibe I once encountered have been replaced by an attitude that is far from welcoming.Thankfully there's a UPS store just one block away, and my recent experiences there have been a breath of fresh air. The UPS employees seem genuinely interested in providing a high level of service and assistance. It's clear that they understand that they are in the business of selling a product and service, something customers pay for.The main reason for this low rating is the unfortunate fact that a few employees at this local FedEx location have tarnished the overall reputation of the branch. While there are still a few who maintain a customer-centric approach, they are outnumbered by those who seem disinterested, rude, and unwilling to go the extra mile to assist customers.@fedex It's disheartening to see such a decline in service quality at a company I once trusted. I'm disappointed to say that I'll be taking my business elsewhere, to a place where I feel my money is well-spent and my needs as a customer are genuinely appreciated.@FedEx, it's time to reevaluate your customer service standards and ensure that all your employees understand the importance of providing courteous, helpful service to your paying customers. Until then, I'll be shipping my packages with a competitor who values my business and offers the service paying customers deserve.

The one person working in the whole place did not know how to do the job. She even got on the phone twice to ask someone else how to help the customer in front of me. All I wanted was a roll of bubble wrap! I finally left.

The cashier/front desk worker, Angel, was so fricken helpful and kind. Fed Ex better give him a raise or promotion because he literally made my day.

Only 1 person working. Had to wait 20 minutes just to hand over a package. They are usually pretty good though but expensive.

Courier forged my signature and stole my package on 10/25/2022.. they are refusing to tell me who the courier is..Now I’m forced to sign a police report.

Open on weekdays until late that is 9 PM and on Saturdays until 5 PM. There is a limited assortment of supplies (see photos). This stuff is courteous and helpful. Need printing? UPS on the next block offers printing as well

09/21/22 at 5.30 PM - the gentleman working behind the counter today is always so professional, so kind, polite and helpful. Not to mention efficient! FedEx is lucky to have him, what an anomaly he is to the usual unpleasant experiences when dealing with packages. Thank you, sir.
