I came here to drop off a package with a pre paid label. The woman at the desk scanned the package and gave me the recieipt. Fairly simple process.

Great employees. They are very helpful with my drop offs since FedEx Express no longer picks up from my building, but UPS express does picks up. FedEx GROUND is so much better than their Express pick up service. Ground picks up daily from my building. I sent out Ground from NYC to Boston & arrived the next day. Thank you to those "Ground" employees, shippers & drivers for all you do!!

I wanted to get 2 copies if my covid card & laminate them. The employee made two copies. Front side on one side of the page & back side of the card on the other side of the page. She said she could only laminate the original. WTH?The point of laminating the copies is so I can carry one & save one copy & the original. By laminating the original - if a Dr has to record another date of another shot - it’d be impossible.This employee looked me in the eye ball & claimed she could NOT do that. She said more than once, ‘ I can only laminate the original. ‘ AND she laminated the original.I went home cut out the copies, put them back to back & will go to Staples to laminate them.I had 3 shots of Pfizer so my guess is IF we need boosters in 2022, I’ll get a new card.Either she couldn’t fathom cutting the two separate sides laying them back to back to laminate them, or she didn’t want to bother cutting them out, or she was giving me a hard time, ( I doubt that, as she was polite & helpful), or she didn’t understand the original might be needed for recording additional medical info .. or there is a glitch there. ‘NO I can ONLY laminate the original!’I had written a complimentary review of a different employee a few months this ago.I probably won’t go back!

Multiple orders and never delivered as promised. The packages make it, just a day or two later than normal. Makes sending packages to my family for birthdays tough

Ok so some of these ratings below are either LYING or these folks complaining just had a bad day, because EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this FedEx location, the staff is freaking AMAZING! They are VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL! I like EVERY customer service rep at this location. They all have great attitudes and are usually very cheerful. 10's across the board from me??❤?

It took 4 hours to have my parcel packaged and processed during non-peak times. I stood off to the side (per instruction) and patiently waited while they tended to other customers for hours. It was obvious to me that they were not ‘in the mood’ to package my parcel because they kept avoiding me and when I did manage to get someone’s attention, they laughed and said that they ‘don’t want to do it.’It was a 3.45 hour wait, yet took only 10 minutes to prepare the package once they started. The individual who prepared the package also heavily damaged the product by applying packaging tape to the item itself (?) They were careless, and now I use an alternative FedEx around the corner that is much more friendly and respectful of my packages and time.
