After rescheduling the delivery for 2 days I decided to go pickup the package my self I had my green card and passport but apparently wasn’t enough.What a wast of time NEVER AGAIN !

The call box at my building doesn’t work so I come here to pick up packages from time to time. I’ve always had good experiences! Staff is really great!!

Awful staff member made me feel terrible about me describing the employee who released my package to me without an identification that had the mailing address. He said I "should be careful what I say next time as I could have got that employee fired," going on to say that had I said that around another snitch employee that other man could have been fired. My question is: What the heck does that have to do with me?? How am I supposed to know who would snitch or not. I am just here to pick up my package - the other employee could have let me know last time to come back with a valid form of ID to get my package, or given it to me AND let me know next time I needed xyz ID (then I would have brought that to pick up this second package). Dude, you didn't do me a favor by making me feel bad and giving me my package, I could have run home and got proper ID and come back or rescheduled delivery without hearing you. Now I've just reported both employees to FedEx for their unprofessional behavior. Just awful.

Stood 15min in the office for pickup. No staff at the front desks. There was no way to alert anyone to get help other than calling the 1-800 number. Eventually, someone came out to help but with no acknowledgement of the wait. He looked like he was sleeping as he appeared to be half awake. Horrible service.

Let's go, let's go. I had to find a package that was undeliverable to a post office box, a mistake made by the shipper. Anywho, I called FedEx customer service and they knew exactly where the package was and where to get it. Sooooooo, having gone to the shipping center in the designated area, I was able to get my package with very little wait time. I admire the professional exhibitions of all the parties involved. It was refreshing. Peace.

Made a phone call to Fedex ensuring that everything was good on my end and that I could pick up the package for someone else. Bought several form of Identifications for the other person and me and address that matches the record and the package, etc. So I came to the location in attempt to pick up the package, they told me to show ID and it has to match the person. Address and name was good but they refused because apparently the person I am picking up for didn't show up so she would have to come in person with me. The blonde tall girl with long hair was really unhelpful and kept relying the same information over and over.I came here before and the first time, I was picking up a package for myself, it was just as awful since I had to wait a really long time for them to find my package. Do what you must with this information, waste your time going there and also guaranteed leave empty handed because FedEx didn't deliver your package because of (insert circumstances) even though you left notes, released package authorization, etc.

Excellent service! I know a lot of stores are closing very early and it is nice this location is open past 8:00pm - I needed to ship something and the two employees who helped me were very friendly, courteous and just a great experience. Thank you for helping me with my shipment!

It’s a hit or miss with them. I work downtown which is where our packages are sent to prior to being loaded on the truck for delivery. They occasionally will deliver to the wrong floor, and we’re unable to track it or they will say they can’t find the building. Today they claimed to attempt delivery but cited a security delay which there shouldn’t be any if they follow the procedure all the other delivery services do which is to go through the loading dock. How is this possible?

Thank you to Jerome, Dean and Toni at 130 Leroy Street!! I was the annoying customer who walked in at 9:30 PM in a full panic. They could have easily said they were closed. Instead, these 3 people were so genuine and went above and beyond to help me get a package shipped for an overnight delivery-- gladly. Excellent customer service! Thank you!!
