Really good almond croissant!! Very pretty interior and a nice place to sit and study! Can be a little difficult to find a spot to sit but once you do, you’re golden!

DO NOT COME HERE. The manager is disgusting and terrible for not taking care of ALL THEIR employees fairly. I’ve come here from time to time and have wanted to give it a chance. But. AWFUL COMPANY. The barista, Aida, seems like she’s being favored by management, Kevin. And the way they treat half of their staff, together, is inhumane. On top of their overpriced drinks. As a customer, witnessing this is not good at all!!!!!!!THE OWNERS NEED TO CLEAN UP HOUSE AND DO BETTER. BLOCKING YOUR EMPLOYEES ON SOCIAL WHEN THEY SPEAK UP ABOUT THEIR MISTREATMENT IS NOT RIGHT AND GOES AGAINST U.S EQUAL EMPLOYEMENT OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION.

Cute place; limited menu and unfriendly service. They won't even charge a cell phone and were not particularly nice about refusing.Parking: good luck!

Trendy coffee shop on Park Ave with impeccable design. Great for a date or as a zoom background - as long as you don't need to talk! The music was actually quite loud so it was not ideal for doing that big presentation, or quiet conversation. I ordered a latte, found a seat and did 2 zoom meetings. The free wifi wasn't strong enough to get the job done but I used my hotspot (Verizon) and it was okay.Latte was good, really enjoyed the nut milk! But I did spend $9 on it so it is not a value option by any means. I have been twice and the first visit was more of a date - my wife loved it! I recommended it a few times and everyone gave great feedback. Definitely suggest lower music volume and the service could've been warmer; however, overall very good!Kid-friendliness: Not really for the kids but an older child might enjoy the pretty decor.

Prettiest coffee shop on Park Ave S. I had the Whipped Ricotta & Fig Toast and a regular coffee. In retrospect, I wish I ordered one of their specialty coffee beverages. The Whipped Ricotta & Fig Toast was way too elevated to pair with a simple cup of coffee. The ambiance is definitely 5/5. Perfect spot for a first date (if coffee is a part of it). The circular coffee bar in the center definitely sets Felix apart from most coffee shops.

I was very disappointed with this place. I came especially for S’mores Latte, but when I tried to order it, the worker said, they don’t have tables for such order, I found the table, but he said they don’t do it now and gave me a mocha instead of what I wanted. The mocha was sweet. I don’t like coffee with sugar, and worker even didn’t ask me about it. Just a waste of $25 for awful coffee and not tasty toast.

I’ve been to Felix in Soho a few times before so I was shocked at my experience in this location. I had the most horrible interaction with their staff. The man at the counter taking orders was the most unprofessional and unnecessarily brusque individual I have ever encountered. I’ve lived in NYC for almost a decade and never once have I had such an experience at a food / dining establishment let alone a coffeeshop. When I put in my order I was friendly and cordial but he barked at me to “speak up I can’t hear” and then when I asked for my coffee to stay, he brusquely told me they didn’t have any space although I was meeting a friend and they already had ordered and sat down. When he asked for my name, I said it loudly (since he barked at me before to speak up) and he very sassily told me to “not raise my voice at him”. I’m not sure if he was having an off day but every single interaction with him he was needlessly rude - completely unprovoked. He capped it off by ushering me away from waiting near the counter as they will call my name but clearly there were 4-5 people waiting and he didn’t target them. Regardless of if you’re having an off day, you should treat others with decency and at least a base level of respect - let along someone patroning a bougie coffee establishment. I hope he gets some service training.

This is a stunning coffee shop with coffee and pastries to back it up! The coffee was amazing and the almond croissant was to die for. It was like no other. Moist and decadent. Don’t pass up this lovely lovely coffee shop!
