Convenient, other than that it's the worst supermarket in the area, they only get sales because they are Conveniently close but they should try to offer more premium quality meat and step their game up but obviously management or corporate don't care, well this store should just be content with being the worst option in the area. As a business owner this is pathetic shouldn't you be trying to beat your competitors?

Nothing exciting, I go there just because there is no other supermarket nearby. Inexperienced cashiers and messed up systems will always give a hard time by overcharging. They will never charge you less by mistake but more, and it's an everyday scenario. They need to focus on the accuracy of how much they charge you because you will always get surprised once you get home and see the receipt. No apologies once they get caught up overcharging for sure. Overall they need a lot to work on the entire system. Good luck!

The Clueless manager at this Fine Fare refused to exchange a pack of un-opened Huggies diapers bought one day earlier, despite the receipt indicating that exchanges were allowed within 7 days of purchase. The rude, un-informed manager yelled, refused to share his name and pointed to an old sign from 2020 when the pandemic began which said the store could refuse returns. I usually shop at this store at least twice per week but will walk to a store further away from me after this disturbing incident. The sign needs to be taken down, the pandemic is over. Stores should not be able to bypass return guidelines by using old co-vid signs.

The store is horrible! Pest seen jumping on produce, frost bitten food, expired food, everything about it is the dumps. Go there for 3 items( no meat) and still spend $30. Health Department needs to be called honestly.

Harlem store is notorious for posting one price and when you reach the counter charging more. Produce and product selection is poor

The Fine Fare supermarket continually and consistently have different prices on items that advertise for one price but scan as another. Unless the consumer points it out going as far as to show them the posted card showing the different price they will charge the higher price. This happens constantly beyond my ability to count. They also fail to honor posted prices in advertisements stating, "That starts tomorrow or Friday." Yet is in current advertisements that run on their electronic display with no indication of the dated of beginning or end.

This ghetto supermarket now apparently has (and/or now enforces) a no-backpacks policy. As a result, an overzealous, poorly-trained, absolutely-not-customer-focused, yet courteous security guard, who was the sole authority in the store as the manager had left early on this Sunday evening (and who was probably employed by an external company...) asked me to leave the store immediately because I refused to hand him my tiny backpack at the entrance. As an alternative, I offered to let him search the backpack on my way out after checkout, but he wouldn't listen, feeling mighty empowered.HOW LOW WILL FINE FARE MANAGEMENT GO IN TERMS OF MISTREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS?THANK GOD, Amazon & co. will likely disrupt them and send them to an early retirement, like they did with Barnes & Noble and many other merchants.Shame on you, Fine Fare! Who do you think you are? FAUCHON in Paris?! Go back to retail school, learn about customer lifetime value and how to treat your customers with respect and dignity. And maybe ask Amazon to sell you some lockers to replace your ridiculous dirty-cardboard-ticket system!

I went in to the supermarket twice in the last 2 weeks and was watched like I was going to steal something. The first time by the security guard then again today by a worker. I don't need to steal. Not everyone steals and not all back people steal. You won't have to worry about me doing business there ever again. I have never felt so uncomfortable or unwelcome in a store.
