Do NOT get flowers here! They are AT LEAST twice the price of other florists, and the flowers don't last!! They keep everything in a refrigerated case, so they look like nice tight buds when you buy them, and then you get them home and they immediately fall open and start to shed petals. Plus, the staff is the grumpiest, unfriendliest group of people you'll ever meet.

Went here on a Friday at 4 pm (within the opening hours) and the store was just closed. No explanation, nothing. Nobody would answer the phone either.

Very small shop with limited items , but it has other sister shops in other parts of the city so that if you order flowers you don't see here the sister shop that does will fill the order.

I bought peonies last Friday around 1 pm and employees said they will open and bloom in a couple of hours. I asked again: are you sure? Because those flowers have been so closed and look like they have been frozen before. He said yes. And all the time when I tried to ask for more questions he’s ignoring me because he have been watching some series on the phone so I was an unlucky customer. By the end, he said that flowers need a cooler place to open. I changed the water a couple of times but nothing changes. This is not what you expect when you buy flowers for $56. The one peony is $17. And I bought 3 of them. It’s a waste of money if you get flowers like that. Today is Sunday 11 am, so even not 2 days after those flowers don’t open well. Also, the smell is not good too. I know how it is supposed to smell because peonies are my favorite flowers but those flowers are something weird. I’m super disappointed. I want my money back. This store is closed on weekends and closing very early on weeks. I didn’t get the chance to return those flowers on Friday. It’s insane! I don’t recommend you to buy peonies at this store.

This florist is extremely rude! The staff member was extremely rude and didn't seem to care for any of the plants/flowers. He is also extremely rude to the community that lives around the establishment. Do not give this place business unless you want to promote impolite behaviour and mediocrity.

I've been to the store three times over the last 3 days during regular business hours when the store was "open" per google and when I phoned, but the store was closed. Hours are unpredictable for those of you trying to walk in

I came in with a budget and they worked their magic to make me something beautiful and custom. The flowers were not only beautiful; but also fresh. My partner LOVED them. 10/10 would return. The man who helped me was also very helpful.

Great flowers, horrible employee. Clarence aka the Douche of Midtown is one of the most horrible humans on this earth. He hates people and DOGS and his life. He's gotten into more fights with ppl of the community and in the building he works in then anyone. Don't give this place any business.

I purchased a corsage and boutonnière for my son’ prom, however, I am completely dissatisfied with the work. The corsage wristlet is not strong, and the flowers fall to the side. Then I asked the clerk to change the ribbon because the one they used is not the color I wanted. She just gave some me ribbon, and the wire so that I can fix it myself. What is that about? I will never buy there again. What a waste of my cash.

I called Fresh Cut Flowers yesterday around 4 pm, when asked if I could have the special arrangement delivered that evening, I was told yes. The flowers were unique, beautiful and perfect. BRAVO
