Do not purchase Footlocker gift cards! The company is scamming customers.I bought a 2 gift cards for my grandson and sent via UPS, but the package was lost or stolen.Nike was able to stop payment on the card.Footlocker claims they don't have a way to stop payment even though they verified the card was not used. So they get to keep my money or wait for the thief to use it. Either way they get paid but I am out my money. I will never buy from Footlocker ever again.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Footlocker that I feel compelled to share. I received a $100 gift card from my family, and upon trying to use it, I was informed that it had already been redeemed.I contacted Footlocker's customer service, and despite my initial inquiry and a follow-up, I have not received any substantial assistance or updates on the situation. The lack of communication and resolution has left me frustrated and disappointed.As a healthcare provider, I understand the importance of ethical conduct and treating individuals fairly. Unfortunately, my experience with Footlocker has fallen short of these expectations.I hope that by sharing my experience, it encourages the company to prioritize customer concerns and improve their communication and resolution processes.

Had my order cancelled called customer care fixed the issue ordered again they cancelled again!!! They then stated it was another issue with the payment info that I was not told the first time. Called corporate I got the run around right back to customer service and the same manager I spoke to the first time. This order was a birthday gift and I had funds taken and held from my account so now I am unable to reorder in time for the birthday date. Thanks footlocker will never purchase another thing from you!!!

i tried buying shoes with my gift card THREE TIMES. they had to refund me the gift card each time and i was waiting to use it. This was 2 months ago, i tried to use my gift card today and i called asking why it wouldn't go through and all they said was "this was used on september 19th, we are not able to locate where or who it was used by." They most likely have sold my information somewhere because it was sent to my personal email and now I cannot log back into my footlocker account. This could potentially lead to my card information getting leaked which is what I am concerned about. If anyone has any advice on how to deal with this it will be helpful thanks! I will no longer be buying online from here.

I would give them zero stars if I could do that and leave a message. I'm needing to get in touch with footlocker to stop a pension 9ayment and the number on the stubs only sends me to a reward center and the customer service guy I got "Gene" was very rude when I e planned I was calling to report the death if my mother-in-law. He Saud people die everyday, we are a rewards center. I asked him for the headquarters phone number and he hung up on me. I will never support Footlocker again, ever.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received from foot locker customer service. I ordered a back to school sneaker for my granddaughter who just started school .I was given the run around for a refund. Okay it's a 1 star cause I can't go any lower. They sold me as a man a pair of girl shoes. Laughed at me and wouldn't give me my cash back and then gave me a gift card and then even after I did that I brought back a pair of them causevl they fitted funny they said call my boss you are stuck with those and like it.

Footlocker leaders should be ashamed of themselves! Here in Athens Ga they decided to close both stores Kids Footlocker and Adult Footlocker. Instead of finding another space they took away shopping for the residence of Athens Ga and the surrounding counties. How can a company be so heartless and cruel. You have employees that worked there that could have given some advice on a new area to relocate both stores, we have several places their marketing team could have found. Athens is a major city in Northeast GA, especially with the University of Georgia here. As a Manager myself I dont get the management team not focused on relocating. The company knew this was coming and instead of sending a strike team to look for a different area they rather just leave. There are employees that will lose their jobs, where are the values of this company. If anyone in corporate reading this review and rethink your options on closing these stores. Thanks

Purchased item online and have not received it. Customer Service will not issue refund. They tell me to call the next day and if it hasn't shipped they will issue refund, this has been the outcome for 3 days now.

They should upgrade the security of the store. Somehow, people use this store to commit fraud. Today I received a charge of $187.25 to my credit card from this store. I don't recognize that purchase. None of the store employees can explain to me how this happened.
