I called Foundry Lighting because I was having trouble getting a promo code to work, and the customer care agent was really helpful. She sent me a link to where I could buy the item with the discount applied. My order was shipped within 24 hours. I am happy with my new kitchen pendant.

Recently purchased 3 light fixtures, and we decided after receiving the items that we don’t like how they look in person. Emailed to initiate a return and was informed when purchasing 3 or more items a return needs to be reviewed by the manufacturer. I was then told it was denied with no explanation. Over $900 of brand new light fixtures that I won’t be using, and they won’t allow us to return. This is insane. I have never heard of a company doing this. Stay away from this company!

I placed an order for three Hudson Valley Lighting 8000-AGB-MS3 Heirloom 1 Light Wall Sconce in Aged Brass last April 2022. They took almost a year to arrive, in March 2023. When they arrived, the color finish was NOTHING like the advertised photo. The photo shows a pretty aged brass, the finish is listed as aged brass. They arrived a bright, shiny light gold. They look cheap and look nothing like the photo. When I contacted customer service about my concerns, they told me the finish will patina. Even though it's not made of unlacquered brass and I feel like the advertised photo and listed finish should be exactly what arrives. Really disappointed.

This store has terrible customer service. I ordered a lighting fixture and an hour later tried to cancel my order by emailing customer service with the provided email. There isn’t an alternative way to cancel your order. Two days passed with no response, so I emailed again to avoid them shipping it to me. The second email was at 9:21am, at 9:23 I got a response saying they’d cancel if it hadn’t been shipped yet. A few hours later I got another email saying it had been shipped, with a separate email with tracking info. On clicking the tracking info I could see it hadn’t shipped but a label was created. It is now over 24 hours later and it still hasn’t been received by FedEx but they refuse to cancel my order and have told me it will cost 50% of the total to restock. I find this unacceptable as I tried to cancel the order literally an hour after I placed it and was ghosted so they could play out this restocking scam to take half of my money for nothing. Won’t be shopping here again.

Do not buy from this place in any way. If you order online and something is wrong with your product they will not refund you. This business is simply a front for con artists. Horrible customer service and mediocre pieces. I doubt any of the positive reviews are actually real, most likely just fabricated by the owners.

My experience with foundry lighting in the NYC location was less than ideal. Not only were the store managers completely unprofessional but they were not willing to work with us to source a light nor provide any assistance with having the item shipped on an expedited timeline. This was one of the worst experiences i have ever had with a vendor and will not be recommending this company to anyone looking for good customer service or experience.

Terrible. Long drawn out process just to tell me that, even though ceiling fixture was installed and immediately removed by a licensed electrician and unaltered in any way - they will not take back. $800 down the crapper. No other online lighting store has such unreasonable, draconian policies.Never again.

Worst company ever! No shipment and then when I finally ask them to cancel my order because it handn't shipped, all of a sudden they say it did ship and if I want to return it I have to pay a large fee! Don't go with this company!

They sent me a broken floor lamp and have been unable to process the necessary mailing label for me to exchange it. I have sent them five emails and made five phone calls and they are unable/unwilling to sort the problem out. I sent them photos of how the light was broken when I opened the box. I will never do business with this company again
