I had to call this store when my online order would not go through. All the way from New York to Georgia, Melissa's warm and kind spirit shined! She was knowledgeable about all Fresh products and what would work best for my skincare(even on the phone). She even sent samples for me to try based off of our conversation. I haven't ordered from the Fresh site since, because the customer service is unmatched!I also love the packaging that comes from this store as it always feels like I'm getting a gift. 10/10 would recommend!

Rahat & Bianca are amazing sales reps, Customer Service is everything. The ambiance of the fresh aroma and their warmth made for a pleasant experience. I will definitely return with more patrons.

The worst customer service ever. The lady would stay right behind our back like we are shop lifters and wouldn't say a word to us or even smile back. Her energy was really unpleasant . I don't understand how such a pretty store can have such a bad service.Stuff needs to understand that this may be the only store location in the city, so a lot of customers who loves Fresh products are really looking forward visiting the store and are having some nice expectations and it's really sad to be greeted the way we were.

I recently stumbled across the Fresh store in New York, while visiting this month. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Reana. She was warm, pleasant and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. While I knew what I was looking for (Kombucha Facial Treatment Essence), I got more than I bargained for. Reana kindly offered to show us some new/recently launched products including the Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Rescue Ointment, which was amazing . She also offered us a warm cup of Apple Cider to enjoy while shopping. Overall, the experience was phenomenal and I will be sure to come back the next time I am in New York. Thank you, Reana.

Recently I came here to buy a few gifts for Christmas and New Years, and one of the workers, Reana, went above and beyond to help me. She gave great knowledgeable advice on what to buy given the little information I had given her and also recommended a bunch of other products that went well with the ones I had already decided on purchasing. Her positive attitude and helpfulness definitely earns her a 10 outta 10 in customers service and actually made it enjoyable to shop (which is usually one of the most stressful things to do when buying gifts, for me at least). Would very much consider getting more products from here.

Worst customer service ever!!! It showed $34 when I placed the order online, but I got charged for $63. I tried to call them, email them to cancel the order, but they never responded. They shipped the order and I had to pay for the shipping fee for return. WTH

This store will be the worst customer service you will ever experience! I felt like I received a tremendous amount of disrespect. The cashier was very unprofessional, and I don't know if it was my race or ethnicity or just how I looked like,but she showed extreme impatience with me, and when I still had questions to ask,she simply told me. "You're all set." She didn't show this attitude to guests of other races while I was waiting in line! Which seems very unprofessional, as all races should be treated as equal. I have shopped online and offline at fresh many times, but this experience has made me stop shopping from fresh. Stay away from this place if you expect a shopping experience at average levels!

I tried to place a Christmas order on my Fresh account to get but it wouldn't take my card. They told me to call the store. The girl Ms Talia took my order and she was super helpful. She knew the products I was looking for. They match the prices online, so you can shop there. It came so nice.

I always place my orders online but recently, I had the pleasure of placing my first order over the phone with Fresh, and my experience was outstanding. Talia, the representative I spoke with, was very professional, very attentive and addressed all my inquiries with patience. The package I received was beautifully wrapped along with some samples. I loved the product so much that I called her back this week and placed another order with her. Fresh skincare products are truly exceptional, and I've decided to only place my orders via phone, specifically requesting to speak with Talia. Thank you Fresh.

This is by far one of the best brands I’ve tried on: smells, moisture, texture, all of it. However, our experience with saleswoman Talia was out of this world: she was extra kind but not invasive and truly helpful, and I ended up buying five more products just because she was so lovely. I wanted to give my mom a gift to spoil her a bit because she had a tough year, and Talia did everything to prepare an extra nice package, so beautiful it was a shame to open it later. In the crazy NY rhythm, it was such a relief to meet a person so sweet and caring as her. It made our day so much better! Congrats to management for selecting her and giving her the space to shine!
