My beautiful round stud earrings are gorgeous. I am in awe.A gift from my boyfriend, they arrived within a week of ordering during the busy holiday season. The presentation from the packaging to the way the earring were displayed, the experience was show stopping. I could not be happier (or more impressed) with the cut, shine and sparkle of these studs. Each time I wear them, I get so many compliments.When I compare them to mined diamond earrings that I see -these lab grown babies outshined, out-sparkled and exceeded my expectations ;-)Highly recommend going with Friendly Diamonds!

As a Medical Esthetician I cannot wear my wedding rings. They tear my gloves which I change about 40 times a day. My necklace is so important to me as a symbol of my husbands love I can wear regularly. I recently lost my pendant I have had for 20 years and we replaced it for an even larger one through you. Wow!! This ring exceeded my expectations. The prices here were the best I could find. I fell in love with twoOf their settings and opted to do a custom ring through FD. I am so glad I did!! I got exactly what I wanted. The wait for the ring was totally worth it. Quality is great!!!! So happy with my purchase, and customer service answered any questions I had before purchasing and during production. I also opted for an H colored diamond which was a lower color grade than I originally planned but this stone is a FIRE H colored lab diamond! FD has great selection of stones!Thanks FD!

I must admit I was a bit apprehensive about creating my own diamond earrings but with the array of choices and the knowledgeable Customer Service, I was able to achieve my goal! The fire and quality of diamond earrings at a fraction of the cost of mined product. These earrings are exquisite! They were delivered timely and packaged with the utmost care. The same day I received these, I had my ears pierced. Now I do have to wait a few more weeks before I am able to wear them but that doesn't stop me from showcasing them at every opportunity! I am so happy I took this chance and wouldn't hesitate to do it again! Thank you Friendly Diamonds for everything!!!

Friendly Diamonds is AMAZING! The quality and craftsmanship is AMAZING, and the price is competitive and fair. For us, as I’m sure is the case for anyone researching and reading reviews, it was a huge leap of faith to take a chance on a purchase like this one coming from a website, practically sight unseen. But let me tell you, we would do it again a hundred times over! My ring is beyond gorgeous, and we are both so happy! And, the ship date was supposed to be Thanksgiving (which obviously isn’t a thing), so to meet/beat expectations, it shipped early! The communication my fiancé received throughout the process was stellar! Friendly Diamonds is incredible. I needed to secure a custom engagement ring with a special order diamond cut and band engraving with only a couple weeks until I flew out of country to propose. They were extremely communicative and available and even sent me photos and videos of the custom work before shipping it out. I received the ring earlier than expected and everything went off without a hitch.She said yes!

The package arrived with great care and was very fancy and professional, and the result was beyond what I could have hoped for. The ring is so stunning and my fiancé loves it. This seller can not be trusted. I bought a necklace from the Friendly Diamond. The item was the platinum Joan Fashion Lab Diamond Pendant. At the time of unboxing I noticed immediately that the pendant and the hook link were all scratched up (used). The platinum pendant was in fact silver planted. due to scratched, it exposed a small portion of metal appeared slightly yellow. I brought the concern to two different jewelers and tested not platinum. The necklace chain was platinum but not the hook and the pendant. Also the little small round diamond that comes with the pendant was tested not diamond. The main diamond IGI certified was inspected ok. I contacted the seller and they never admitted any false on their part even after the evidence was so obvious. We communicated for two weeks though chat and email but seller accused me for misunderstanding. Seller claimed that the local jewelry shop testing device was not accurate. Yes I fully aware some gemstones testers from Amazon or eBay are not reliable. But I jewelry dealers equipment themselves with the most sophisticated tools. I wouldn't have to waste my time writing this if the seller accepted their false and not trying to cover up. My biggest problem was the item was delayed past one month processing time. Then it turned out that I had been wasting my time waiting. The necklace was supposed to be a gift to someone special at a specific date but i had to do it without the necklace; moreover I wasted my time packed the item and sending it back for refund. Honestly I don't think this is some kind of mistake. How did this item pass inspection prior to ship out. Business like this considered as fraudulent and i hope consumers take time to inspect each item they purchased. Please consider some aspects of risk when placing order from Friendly Diamonds.
