Horrible customer service. My wife and I went in there just to get a sweater, and the male cashier clearly saw that we were in line, but helped a white lady who joined the line later than us first. I'm not blaming the white lady because she was probably not paying attention to her surroundings. However, the male cashier clearly saw that we were there first but still tended her first. Will never go there again.

Customer service it’s horrible. I’m not understanding why there is no training platform in place for these establishments. I’ve noticed that in my neighborhood there are many people who fit the profile - it’s understood but please have them understand what customer service is. I’m unaware if you are in the phone or not when you have a head piece on. It is not my fault that you are taking care of internal matters in the floor when you should be helping customers. It’s sad to see that Managment isn’t training them in understanding what it means to take care of any guests. Color or race should not matter.

I was shopping at this store. When I went to pay with credit card it was declined so I used another card. A few days later I was charged on the card that was declined. That day another customer was complaining about how the store charged her card when she it was declined so she didn't get the items due to being declined. When she asked for the manager. The rude manager who stood there observing and doing nothing finally said she was the manager and still did nothing. She sent me to another cashier registered and that's when I ended up using another card. Now I have to fight with credit card that was or it declined to prove that the card was not used because it was declined. Something is going on in that store whereas they are declining credit card then charged.

I am disappointed with the manager. Customer service was very unprofessional. Left me in dressing room waiting for him to bring me a size. He never returned I had to get it myself.Then he ask the security to assist me would of never expect this from the GAP.

I went by today and the store hours on the door are different then online and i wasn't able to go inside i suggest they change that because it was a waste of my time and i took an unnecessary trip i didnt bother to check online because i was goin by what the door said

Love this store. Good prices and cashiers are real nice unfortunately the girl folding in the mens dept upstairs wasnt helpful and kept dropping the N word and cussing as she talked to other employee. Very unprofessional. If I wanted to hear that nonsense I wouldve just stood on the street.
