4 years going to this salon and was treated horribly the day I just wanted a Mani Pedi. 1- they try to get you to get the highest priced pedi, if you decline here comes the looks and speaking amongst themselves, mind you they were just speaking English?. Massage during Pedi was cut to a couple of taps. Now my mani, the 1 day I leave my card and tip wallet I gave them what was left over after paying they were in an uproar they didn't helpe get out my chair bring my things ignored me the whole time no 1 minutes ago shoulder massage as if I wasn't there. After all this as I'm leaving no come again as they normally do. Never again will this salon treat me this way I was humiliated . Now I see why your of happiness comes down to tipping as the owner words this is the best one. I disagree. Rude to speak your language after not getting what you want which is more money you get what you get . Never again YOUR RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. NOT ON MY WATCH. HORRIBLE.

GREAT PLACE!!! I came in with a nail DISASTER. I tried to remove my press-on nails at home and it was a gummy, glued on mess. Anna was so kind and reassuring and did a fantastic job of restoring my nails back to normal!! THANK YOU!!!Service: Manicure

The BEST manicure that I’ve gotten in a very long time. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had gone to almost every manicure place around me and I could not find a place that actually took the time care and patience on my nails. May was amazing she spent every little detail making sure my nails were perfect. I will definitely be going back

This has been by far the worst nail experience I've ever had. I went in on Wednesday for a gel mani ($40 plus $15 tip). I had to go back the nx day to have it fixed because the gel was cracking. I go in today Tuesday because all the nails are peeling off. Her managers response was "this is normal wear and tear of gel". There is no way a gel mani is supposed to on last less than a week! I will never go back.

My first time going here- My nails looked like this after 2 days. I got powder and I've never had this problem in my life with powder. After 2 days the top of my nails all started breaking off without even hitting them on anything. I went back to get them fixed because that should not happen after 2 days and they filed them down but I was being questioned ALOT trying to prove that I got them done there. Not a good experience

Last week I got my nails done here, and they cracked after 2 weeks. The owner refused to help me to get rid of the nails cuz they're busy, but it's literally bleeding. Also I payed $100 for this nail (with tips). Honestly I've never payed so much for such cheap looking nails; the shapes were wrong, they weren't capable of blending colors, the products they use were fragile af, and they didn't even fill the gel evenly on my nails... I'll never come back again

First nail salon in NYC that I can say is worth it. We stumbled upon them after trying so many nails salons and being continuously disappointed with the results. My friend and I decided to give it a try and see how it went. We both get gel. Not only did they exceed our expectations with the nail shape, color, and design painted, but our major concern was the actual quality and how long it lasted and wow it lasted longer (no chipping/breaking) than ANY other I have tried in the area. Before writing this review I wanted to try and see if the results were consistent and now I can say they have become my go to place!! Prices were also comparable to nails salons around the area and totally worth it!!

This is my back up nail place when my normal nail spot is booked up. I've had relatively positive experiences here until yesterday. A regular mani/spa pedi took almost 2 hours - insane! To be fair, I had a very nice nail tech, but she was unsure of her work, and very, very slow. I appreciated she was trying hard to make it look good. But in the end, my nails were a mess, with bubbles and color bleeding on the skin. I left unhappy. I didn't have another hour to spare to have it fixed, so I went to another nail salon where they did a polish change in 10 mins flat. On top of that, I paid $70+ which with all the competition in the area, is unacceptable for subpar work. Will not return.

They took me as a walk-in for a gel removal and French gel manicure. Atmosphere was a bit hectic, but had a fun and friendly vibe. The owner and another tech took turns doing different parts of my nails. They helped cover up damage from a previous manicure (at another salon) and picked great colors with me. The French tip isn't AS clean as other ones I've had, but they look beautiful for summer and I can't beat the price here!

Great and fast service! Best place for a gel mani in the city! Very accommodating and walk-ins are always welcome.

Mercy gave me a pedicure and a dip manicure. Both have held up very well and looked great. She took her time to shape and clean my nails as well. Spa was clean and prices are reasonable! Will definitely be back.

I probably won't be going there. I paid $50 for SNS and I tipped well because they did the job. But the nail was done horriblly, looks like I could do myself. So many rough edges and some looks horrible. I was just too tired after a long shift to suggest change. The owner is pushy as well. Skip if possible and I will be saying the same to my coworker.
