This is my personal recommendation for the Cadillac XT6 SUV. I have been a professional expert chauffeur and driver for 42 years, I happened to drive test with the intention of owning one XT6 brand since I am a Cadillac Family and I tried two of the XT6, it caught me that you need to check all your models on XT6 Steering wheels. I find there's is a manufacturing defect on it. (It is a hazard that may create an accident) I am not an expert mechanic but an expert driver. I didn't purchase this vehicle due to what I felt while driving test these 2024. Hope you get my recommendation for it.Thanks.

Yet another thing that in most other cities would draw some attention, yet in New York it's just another of many such things.

General Motors Headquarters Manhattan I'm at this location frequently. It's across from the Plaza Hotel, Central Park and many tourist attractions. The building is beautiful and the doormen are welcoming. I suggest you visit if you are in the neighborhood. General Motors Corporation made a lot of money selling my family cars over the years. My father wouldn't buy anything else. My Dad was the type to always own the latest model. I was fortunate when I was old enough to drive he gave me a car to drive. I always had wheels. My first car actually in my name was my 1967 White Camaro. I drove it 17 years. After the second transmission I had to eventually part with it. I got a used 1979 Blue Camaro in 1984. I drove it 14 years. Thirty One (31) years I owned Camaro's. For my 50th birthday I finally parted with Camaro's and bought a Saturn. That was the last car I owned and I hated it. I found Saturn was horrible to steer plus I kept getting rear ended. I sold it when I moved to Manhattan and haven't driven since. I'm still a fan of General Motors. If I bought a car again I would consider GM first. I'm sure I'd look for another Camaro!

I am very disappointed about GMAC Auto Financing during this very trying time in the world right now. I have had several leases with GM over the years and have financed several cars through them to own as well. While I am in love with my Buick Encore, (this being the 3rd one I have had), I am not thrilled with how GM is treating their long time customers during this Pandemic. I had contacted them about a week ago asking if they were doing anything to help their clients with payments on their leases during this crisis as I have recently become unemployed as a result. The answer was no and that I should check back closer to the time when I would be making my payment. I explained that I have another vehicle through Honda and they were more than willing to let my spouse and I go for two months of payments with the understanding that we would pay it at the end. Sigh big relief! I also explained that there were many other car companies such as Hyundai and Mitsubishi and they too were offering payment arrangments to not only new clients but to existing ones as well. Again, I was told to contact GM closer to my payment date. I searched the GM website yesterday as my payment is due and I found out that they were only helping people who have financed cars that they plan on owning, and for leases that they will only waive the late fee for 1 month? Pretty much this is as good as it gets!? Needless to say, all this has left a very bad taste in my mouth not only as a long time GM customer, but a third-generation client of GM as well! During this Pandemic, one would think that companies such as GM would be more human as they are dealing with the heart and soul customers of America. Shame on you GM for not doing your part and for not working with people who have supported you through buying or leasing your cars for many years. When this lease expires..., I can rest assure that you will not be my brand of choice every again. Sincerely, John K Rudinski

Don't buy a Chevrolet unless you want grief. They do not fix your car unless it's a recall. They play head games

GMC ACADIA Denali - I have owned an Acadia Denali since 2011 as was extremely happy with both the 2011 and the 2014. I now have the 2017 and I am sooooo disappointed. GMC revised this model to the point that it cannot be considered a Denali in my eyes. In both the 2011 and 2014 there were standards that the 2017 does even have. Like for instance the seat belt adjustment. You can no longer adjust your seatbelt so now I have a seatbelt constantly cutting into my neck. Second the power seat memory button. I use to be that you would press the button and it would adjust you seat and mirrors. Now you have hold the button down and wait for the seat to adjust and as I am a foot shorter than my husband this takes a bit of time so I can't start the car until my feet hit the pedal. As for the back seats the two bucket seats in the back use to slide back and forth giving the second row passengers more leg room. That is no longer an option. I specifically bought my GMC Denali for that reason as my kids are very tall teenagers. The rims on the car now look plastic and the pearl white paint job looks just white. The trim on the inside of the vehicle looks cheap and low budget. Like I said I am extremely disappointed in the 2017 GMC Acadia. Also did I mention its a lot smaller as well.

I am a limo driver i purchased a Suburban for over 55k Gm has major issues with the Ac condenser and has the worst customer service ever i been waiting over 2 months for the part which i change twice already. My car payments is due and im unable to work due to the hot summer days with no AC. I DO NOT ADVISE anyone to buy because this issue is not being handle properly and GM is not willing to compensate you for your down time. Im going to seek legal advice about this situation.

Gm customer service is ridiculous I've been on them for a month about my transmission and then I have been on them for a month about my air conditioner condenser. There are thousands of these products on backorder and I can't get ahold of one. I'm quadriplegic I can't use any other vehicle but the one I have so they can't give me a rental vehicle either like they can with anyone else it's taking them a month for them to tell me they've exhausted all their option and there's pretty much nothing they could do for me. I'm an Uber driver and can't work without this vehicle and being handicapped there's not many other jobs I'm capable of doing nice to know how they don't care about their customers
