Best customer service experience ever! GNC is very lucky to have Christopher on their team! I went in to GNC at the Port Authority location on Friday looking to start the new year on a healthier note, and, since I don't really know where to start, I wanted to speak to someone who is knowledgeable on the subject, this is where Christopher comes in! He really listened to what I was saying, answered all my questions and made recommendations that I think will really help me! Last but not least, his friendly demeanor through it all was the icing on the cake! Thanks to him, I feel really confident that I'm on the road to a much healthier lifestyle in 2023! I will definitely be back!

terrible experience, super rude his name is christoper, super bully, every time you go he will ask you to become a member to GNC REWARDS some reward program i dont want to become one , so told him no, he started fighting with me i have videos to prove and refused service or sell me anything, my worst experience with any retailer in my life, never had and issue with any, super busy with kids and work who has the time to get into any petty argument, but he being a bully just refusing to serve me had to pen my experience, hope the management reads this and reaches out to me.

This GNC is filled with knowledgeable employees who know exactly which do's and don'ts will work for your specific workout regimen. The manager Chris here has been my go to guy for workout advice, supplement advice, and diet advice for two and a half years now. And he has not steered me wrong once yet. I truly believe he has trained his staff to be as knowledgeable as himself, because they have been just as helpful when he is not working. Chris and his staff are always honest and upfront about which products will work for you and your body type, and give you a clear explanation as to what expectations you should or shouldn't have. I have been to numerous GNC's and other vitamin shops throughout my life in Manhattan and the tri state area.. but this store is by far the best for a great experience, explanation of any products, and you will always leave satisfied!

GNC at Port Authority Bus Terminal is right across from where I had coffee. While I was waiting for my friend to arrive on the bus I stopped in for a quick look. It's the same as the other GNC locations with good service and well stocked. I find it expensive. It's a good place to buy what you need if you are traveling and forgot your vitamins or supplements.

On my way through Port Authority to catch a Coach Shortline to go hiking in the mountains, I stopped at GNC to grab a healthy, refreshing Chlorophyll Water enhanced with lovely vitamins. I have been a GNC member since at least 2005. The gentleman, I believe his name is Christopher, informs me that there is a discount for the item that I am purchasing with a membership. OH YAY! I give him my email address (a .aol address) and he finds the address in "the system" (his words, not mine) yet he's unable to apply the discount because he claims that "the system" won't acknowledge my email address. Wait, huh? Make it make sense. My email address is in "the system," he finds my email address in "the system," however, he is unable to apply the discount because "the system" something else or another. * sigh * He then asks me if perhaps I have another email address, to create a NEW membership account, since "the system" doesn't like .aol email address that has already been there for some time yet is suddenly no good. GREAT IDEA! I give him an email address that ends with .iCloud and he immediately tells me, "Oh, the system has problems with iCloud addresses too." * sigh * Nothing that he is mansplaining makes any sense at all. I'm literally standing there, through all of this, fantasizing about how I should have gone to Hudson News and purchased a SmartWater in less than 2 minutes flat - yet - I'm standing in GNC for going on nearly 10 minutes trying to unsuccessfully purchase one bottle of Chlorophyll Water amidst jocularity about GNCs failed "system" for members. Because "the system" is only effective sometimes. Dear GNC "system" - I believe that the poor customer service experienced at this visit has just reminded me of why I stopped shopping with you. Signed, an updated ex-customer. p.s. I wish I could get that 10 minutes of my life back!

Within the Port Authority Bus Terminal, one can get the nutritional supplements while being able to wait for ones bus. The staff is quite nice too.

They charged me things with no warning. Like a membership I didn’t know costed like 50$ and that I will never use because I’m mot going back. To much pressure to sell you as many products as possible

I generally have positive experiences at GNC hence my continued patronage. GNC Port Authoriy, NYC tonight... not so much! I was over charged for my items and the rep was dismissive when I brought it to her attention. I entered the store approximately 7:46p to pick up two items before my 8p bus.
