I go here quite a bit. I find interesting clothing items. Nice store.

The employees at counter are constantly chatting drama and won't even make eye contact or use more than 1 word to answer a question. Good selection of products but staff are horrible.

Since Covid, I've learned that a few Goodwill locations have shut down. Also, some locations will only accept clothing and not household items. On 14th street, they told me they will accept household items in gently used, good condition.

Standard goodwill, maybe not going to have the best selection compared to other Goodwill's. Men's section is really limited, again not their fault just saying.

It's actually pretty expensive compared to other goodwills, maybe because of its location in the central manhattan, but I don't really recommend buying stuff here because you can find it way cheaper somewhere in Goodwill in Brooklyn for instance

Overpriced for really horrible pieces. The pieces were very work and taterhered. Wholes and burn marks stained . More like that of a salvation army than a. Goodwill. Not what I'm used to. This was crazy.

This goodwill is more expensive than Mall! You can find cheaper stuff on Walmart or fayette mall then here. Have a limit for your price when other are donating. I started to donated on Hope Center

Store closes area behind women's clothes around 6:30pm. So you can look through women's clothes (not men's) at this time but you can't try on clothes in the dressing room because they're closed also at the time. I was given 8 minutes to look around when I came in at 6:35ish. I was trying to make sense of the situation regarding closing time but it was frustrating. I mentioned about leaving a review but an employee in the back by the women's clothes gave me attitude and tried to pressure me into giving the store a good review.Between clothing sizes not being organized, pressure to hurry up with shopping, and the attitude I was given by that employee, I can't give this place any decent rating. I'd say it's 1.5 out of 5. Only attention to detail there is color scheme. Average women's jeans price is $20 not including tax.

People complaining about the workers are delusional. It's Goodwill of all places. The prices are higher than other stores, but they have namebrand and better funds here. I got a really nice name brand coat for $25. Make sure you check buttons and fabrics thoroughly though. Basically, if you come expecting to spend $10 you'll be disappointed but bring at least $40 and you'll find something great.
