Staff is friendly when they are taking your money. Facility indoors is decent and clean. Bathrooms only available on the ground floor. Phone etiquette leaves something to be desired.

Fantastic location and staff make it wonderful to store at Gotham! When moving across the country, they let us ship all our boxes and held them until we arrived to build our unit.The space itself is clean and climate controlled.It feels modern and easy to get around with boxes.They have the largest elevator I've ever seen for easy access.They loan you dollies and carts to use and have plenty of them.I've come in to load in or take out and have always left pleased with their services. Daniela went out of her way to make the experience easy and quick. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs storage and boxes for storage/moving, storage rooms, or shipping supplies. They are great to work with.

Helping a friend with misc. relocation etc. Impressed, seems like a very clean, orderly, professionally handled storage place. Good staff, rates are reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Sitting in the middle of Manhattan, this mini storage is ideal for people nearby. Elevators are huge and you can park your car right inside the business for loading and unloading your stuff.

I have rented a unit here for several Months. Getting in and out takes a long time due to the 2 elevators being slow and usually one is broken.This month a fire on the sixth floor caused flooding on several floors which damaged property in my unit. I phoned to speak to a manager and nobody called me back. If you put your property here, do not expect to get it back in the same condition you left it in.. They could care less.
