I love Macy’s for their deals especially during Christmas time. It’s very busy and nice decorated store on winter holidays. Also, it’s historical place that has wooden escalator in some places

Poor customer service, manager has no people skills, left extremely disappointed with the way i was treated and disrespected.Do Not visit that store, go to 5av or down by the freedom tower, don’t bring your business to a racist and disrespectful environment.

Terrible customer service, i tried to get my refund and they ignored me and took me 2 months to get my refund and until now am struggling about that, until now I didn’t get back my refund worth 1,700 plus.Please don’t waste your time to come in this store. They have a very bad customer service.

Giovanni was extremely helpful to us when we went into the store to purchase a gift. He provided different options for us and was patient and knowledgeable about the merchandise. The other sales associates were engaging although it wasn't their sale. Will definitely return to that location.

Found this Gucci while walking around in NY. Thought it was pretty convenient as it was placed next to a bunch of other designer stores (LV, Dior, Versace, etc.) Made a quick purchase and the staff were very helpful. But they took forever to complete the transaction. But I guess they get busy so it can be understandable. Other than that great service.

2/11/23Discrimination against customers is still a thing at this place. Recently, at a Gucci store was subjected to discriminatory behavior by the store's employees. This incident highlights the importance of treating all customers with dignity and respect, regardless of their background or appearance.The customer, who was a person of another part of the world, entered the Gucci store and was immediately treated with suspicion and disrespect by the employees. Despite showing a genuine interest in making a purchase, the employees ignored the customer and made rude comments.. The customer felt humiliated and discriminated against, which caused emotional distress and ruined their shopping experience.This behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the principles of equality and respect for human dignity. Discrimination is morally wrong and can have severe consequences for both the individual and the business. Discriminatory behavior towards customers can lead to a loss of business, damage to the company's reputation, and even legal action.Gucci and other businesses have a responsibility to provide a welcoming environment for all customers. Gucci training department:There is something fundamentally wrong with the way that Gucci train it is employees especially the customer service, I notice it in all employees of Gucci who work in different New York City locations so this review is about the training method or how training managers train Gucci employees, there is something wrong about this training so I'm not criticizing individual employees because they just don’t know any better but they practicing what the trainer manager instructs them to do, contact me to elaborate or to validate this assumption/concern.

Made an in store purchase that was supposed to be shipped to my house but after some days waiting never received my package or got an update on shipping information from the sales person, called the store multiple times noone answered the phone in sales or shipping. Never had an experience like this at any other Gucci retail store very weird situation.

Most of the staff was on their phone and would not greet us. The only sp who did then followed us awkwardly after we said we were just browsing. It’s better to go to a Gucci store
