I am going to give this location a only a one star or even zero due to their unprofessionalism from the staffs sitting at the front desk. I made an appointment online from the website and went 15 minutes before my appointment. However their was a line and when I got to the reception area. The receptionist wanted to assist the lady behind me when I was the next one in line. However, I told her that she was supposed to assist me first since I was the next customer in line to be assisted. However the lady told the lady behind me to sign in and the following guy behind the lady that stood behind me. I don't understand what's the point of making an appointment from the website and also to assist the other two costumers that were behind me when I was the next one online. I wonder if this was a discrimination due to nationality, race, class, or disability even though I don't have a disability. I can discribe the staffs as unprofessional behavior since people from different backgrounds, race, class, ethnicity, and disability should be always treated equal.
