This place & community is so fun & encouraging! Always get to enjoy a great workout with good music led by an awesome instructor. Honestly, this has made spin/cycle class a big part of my workout routine & I highly recommend it. Try a class!

I love Harlem cycle! I previously took classes at their 138th street location and now am taking classes on 125th. The new studio is so easy to access, clean, and the staff are amazing! The classes are hard but in the best way!

Inclusive, friendly, fun spin classes - always make me feel warm & welcome. Adaptable to all skill levels and genuinely encouraging folks. Tried the two week beginner unlimited pass and will be coming back for more!

I have really been loving my rides at Harlem Cycle ( 125th). The space itself is clean and has everything you would expect from a top tier cycling studio. The staff is beyond friendly and the rides are fun. But, let's be clear, you will sweat. Also love the fact that I have encountered black instructors every time I've been and that the business is black woman owned. Looking forward to my next ride and consistently taking the time to care for myself. See you in the saddle.

I just signed up to Harlem Cycle 2 weeks ago. I have attended classes at both locations. They have been the best classes I've experienced in spinning in a while. So energetic, the teachers and staff members are so nice and welcoming and will help you with anything you need. I really appreciate how clean each facility is. The studios and the bathroom as well as showers are impeccable, and every single bike is cleaned and disinfected after each class and each use. I love how they also offer classes online. If you're thinking of joining, stop thinking and join already. Best decision you will make this year for your fitness journey.

On my journey to get back into fitness post-pandemic, I decided to give Harlem Cycle a try via a trial pass (love that they offer this option btw!) and planned to see where things would go from there. Halfway through my first class, I knew I'd be committing to a membership lol. Aside from the friendly, vibey, welcoming, serene environment, the classes will push you to be your best, and know that whatever your best that day is more than good enough. The teachers are very kind and intentional in the type of class culture they create and that makes it so that everyone is welcomed and valued for the entire duration of class. In a space that can sometimes feel vulnerable for most, Harlem Cycle does a good job of making you feel welcome from the time you walk in the front door and are greeted by the very welcoming/inviting receptionist. They maintain a very clean space physically and energetically and it definitely transfers to us clients because there is a certain camaraderie and support that is shared even amongst despite being complete strangers. Not to mention, they keep things fresh with little Easter eggs (no pun intended lol) that makes coming to class exciting and anticipatory. I've tried multiple teachers at the 138th location and I love them all the same! I am so happy that I tried that one class and found a new space to spend my time while burning some steam. I 100% recommend joining or even stopping by to try a class! My next goal is to bring friends and family in to ride with me. It really is that great here.

First time cycling since 2020 and I’m glad I chose Harlem Cycle. I tried out 1 class and immediately bought a package to continue going! It’s a clean, safe, and friendly environment with wonderful staff and instructors! I highly recommend it.

I'm absolutely obsessed with Harlem Cycle. I recently discovered this hidden gem and I couldn't be happier that such place exists in the daily NY hustle. The team is AMAZING, they bring tons of positive energy and motivation on the classes, the studios are EXTREMELY clean (clean towels for each member, water fountain available, fresh air, etc.) This is literally the only fitness studio that I've been to that doesn't have the "odor of sweat". I got myself a package (and gear) from them and looking forward to my next ride!

So this morning I took the 10:00 am class at the new location 60 West 125 Th Street. What a beautiful new space. The new addition to The Harlem Cycle brand is a pure gem conveniently located near all major bus and train lines. And blocks away from the whole foods' latest installment of stores. From the moment you arrive at the class, you feel welcomed as you are greeted by the staff at the front desk. The new location has a full shower for those who need to freshen up for the day. The shower is perfect for the person who may have work after participating in a cycle class. If you have read my previous reviews. You will note that customer service and clean bathrooms and spaces are number one on my list. Harlem. the cycle has passed the test and I will be honored to spend my money here. The class is perfect for any level cycle participant the cycle staff will talk you through the class in conjunction with staff on hand to help make your cycle experience a great one. From. By adjusting Your seats to check-in you will never feel as if you are left alone in the class. The class is great for couples families or solo everyone is welcomed is the vibe you get. They offer plans packages and single classes. I would recommend the plan or package you save more in the end. So if you're a harlem .native or visiting harlem cycle should be on your list of things to do.

*Support Black-Owned Businesses*I have been putting off jumping back into working out since I have left the military. As a disabled veteran, it can be difficult to motivate myself to get into the things like exercise, etc. Last week I decided to go all in and I purchased the Vibranium membership (20 classes & 2 Guest Passes/mo) and went to my first class on Mar 10. As of Mar 15 I had only not gone one day (rest is important)! When you enter Harlem Cycle, you walk right into a cozy waiting area and shop that has water bottles, Beyonce-themed candles, healthy snacks, and more! The staff are incredibly kind and make a great effort to remember who you are. All of the items for sale are incredibly reasonable in price for the quality that you get.The workouts take you to the club, if the club happens to be up some very steep hills. I have now had 4 different people's classes and each one brings its own vibe, but that vibe is always a bop. As someone who /hates/ going to the gym because of the monotony, I really enjoy that I can get lost in the music and vibe while getting enthusiastic encouragement to push myself.Another nice thing is that there is no skill level requirement. The staff will help you set up your bike, and will constantly encourage you to listen to your body on how hard to push yourself. If you were wondering if you should give it a go, this is an excellent place to get your feet wet. I'm hooked and will likely be going 5x a week for the foreseeable future!
