If it was possible to give 1/2 a star i would cause I’m so DISAPPOINTED and disgusted with the service i received from the store associate and the progressive leasing company they use as well there understanding or accommodating i wouldn’t recommend anyone getting furniture from them with a payment plan.

I brought a recliner love seat in 2021 from the store in the Bronx. The sales lady talked me into getting a warranty which i did. Who would think that 2 years later the motor on the recliner would die. I reported on May 8th 2023 . It is now August 17th and I am still waiting for a repair . They do a pass the bottle to the insurance company which in turn gives it to a company in Conn that sends a repair man down. Who writes a report and now you have to wait for the part to arrive. Then when it does call the repair company in Conn who will send a technician down to put in in!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!!! Mind you the store will not do a replacement on the shotty furniture they carry!!!!!

I ordered a bedroom set they told me it would be delivered in two week two weeks past no bed then they didn’t call me I had to call them them they offered to send me a different bed and mattress then what I paid for then wasn’t compensated nothing for the inconvenience it made me frustrated because they sold me they one the sales lady was trying so bad for me to by which I didn’t feel was equivalent to what I paid for but I just ended up getting it because I needed something I had already threw my bedroom set away and was uncomfortable for three days and I ordered a firm mattress they sent me and plush one that ain’t really no good because I have a bad back due to an accident and it’s kinda hard sometimes to get out of bed

Fastest service with a smile in Harlem, unfortunately for me they didn't have what I needed but at least she knew what I was talking about which was refreshing.

Harlem Furniture on, 12 West 125 street has not replaced the damaged knob on my dresser, it’s going on two weeks, I will not be purchasing any other furniture from them and I’m will let my friends and family know why they should not buy from, Harlem Furniture at all.

I will never purchase anything from Harlem Furniture on, 125 street again I've been waiting 2weeks for a replacement knob which is unacceptable calling them get you no where, I've already reported them. to BBB, paying a lawyer to sue them for a 6 dollar knob no way.

I had a wonderful experience!! Ismael and Mari came thru for me and my family!! Everything I wanted came on time and perfect!! Please don’t go off of what you read here go and find out yourself!! The Harlem furniture on 125th is the way to go!! Thank you guys again we appreciate you!!

I bought a reclining sofa and loveseat and a glass table with 4 chairs. The reason for the 2 stars is the reclining sofa starting peeling within a month of receiving it looks horrible. In addition to the peeling one side of the couch is lower than the other, it’s almost as if they gave me a worn down floor sample yet charged full price. The love seat is fine as well as the table and 4 chairs. I reached out to the 125th street location to have it replaced or refunded but the girl on the phone would only take my contact info for manager to call me back. Well nobody called me back so I had to continue to pay off damaged furniture. It angers me because I was responsible never missed a payment paid the furniture off in 3 months without ever missing any payments, yet they don’t have the decency to reach out to me for selling damaged furniture. It’s disheartening when a business operates with no integrity. I just don’t understand how they are not embarrassed that they deliver damaged furniture which represents their business, you should want to represent your brand in the best way and taking no responsibility is not the way to represent a good reliable business. Place is trash.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I SPENT 3,000 on a messed mattress queen size and a bed frame. The bed frame came with a chipped side by the light and they colored it with sharpie, it’s also bent forward very very wobbly the cover for the light touch broke off easily JUST TO SAY THIS my furniture did not last even a month and it’s sad and then when you send me info through email “The Manager” would claim she never received it when it was clearly being sent my bed frame wobbles waaaay too much and it was being proven it was delivered they delete emails to defend themselves be CAREFUL AND ALSO AN OLD GUY WHO WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA FEES BE CAREFUL

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They say anything to make a sale yet my mom is still waiting 2 months later for her sectional. They refuse to give a full refund and tells you they’ll take 35%. 35%!!!! Do not buy from this company

I'm writing this out more than $300 and with no couch. The people working there are super friendly and good salespeople but not very thoughtful when it comes to relaying details. I didn't find out there was a delivery fee until I was about to sign the paperwork. When delivery was attempted the couch wouldn't fit into my door, which could be remedied by paying another $150 to have someone take it apart and put it back together in the apartment. Which would also mean paying another $150 to get it apart when I move. When I was on the phone with the female manager she said 'This detail is on the contract, and I'm not sure how this wasn't discussed with you' - SHE is the one I signed the contract with!

I purchased 2 items and both are wrong! I purchased a sofa and asked for left they gave me right, even wrote right on the receipt.I purchased a Queen size mattress they delivered a Full size. It's all a joke, please stay clear of this place. And they do everything to not refund you your money!!
