Chose this pharmacy because of the good reviews and they lived up to them! Transferred, called in, and collected my new prescription in under 30 mins. They even found my insurance and got me a better discount :) very happy customer.

Much better, no wait and prompt (unlike Duane Reade right opp it) , and very affordable prescription copay (unlike Duane Reade). Do check if the pharmacy participates in your insurance and please send your prescription to this pharmacy.

Great experience here getting a vaccine. The pharmacist was super nice and friendly. The phone pick up time was quick and i received answers very quickly. 5/5 would def come back!

Our son moved closer to his law school but kept his meds at Health Wise, in spite of the distance, because the pharmacies closer to his school were not patient oriented nor as knowledgeable. When I've gone in to pick up his medicines or when I call, the staff and pharmacist at Health Wise are professional and helpful. They are able to obtain medicines other pharmacies have told us are difficult to find.

Excellent service, pleasant and efficient staff. Timely deliveries. Love this HW pharmacy. Have used them for past 50 years of residence in this area. I am a supporter of smallprivately owned businesses that provide good service, excellent pharmacists, and personal contact and care from staff. The ownership has changed in the last 5 or 6 years but continues to provide the same excellent, pleasant, friendly, efficient service with free Timely delivery. In this time of many great changes, mega stores, chain drug store with impersonal service, & changing pharamacists, and with the technology used today, it is wonderful to still have knowledgeable providers and vendors of quslity health care products and personal. c a r i n gattention to customers.Please continue to keep up the highx standard, don't change...I highly recommend getting to know this pharmacy,

I came in for an RSV vaccine: the appointment was easy to make, online or in person. Very friendly and helpful staff.I inquired about a medication that has been out of stock at the big box pharmacies for months with no communication. The manager, Andy Patel, looked into it and said it was just in stock and would be happy to fill it My doctor called first to make sure it was there and spoke to him and was very impressed. Finally got my meds.I am a convert.Thank you Health Wise.

So glad my friend told me about this place. There's never a wait, prescriptions are filled promptly, and they're happy to answer any questions you have. In this era of vanishing customer service, it's refreshing to find a pharmacy like this.

I make it a point to use local shops and services in my neighborhood. Although, a bit more pricey than my online pharmacy I started using Health Wise 4 years ago. The service was great. The operative word: WAS. As of late, rather than being treated as a valued customer my concerns are dismissed. A prescription which is required to be kept cold was delivered warm. The pharmacist's response, "Well, it's really hot outside."
