This establishment has lost a customer who lives in building. My daughter had surgery on Thursday 4/20. She was readmitted to the hospital for pain management over the weekend. Before I left the hospital, to take my daughter home, I called the pharmacy to make sure they had a specific drug in stock. I was told yes it was in stock. When I went to pick it up, I was told it was not available. Well, there is nothing they can do, etc. After another exhausting weekend, I needed to spend another two hours of my time calling other pharmacies to see where this particular medicine was in stock. After the medicine was obtained, I needed to spend another hour chasing the doctor to re-issue the prescription to the new pharmacy.I explained to the staff that I was upset because I did my due diligence to make sure the medicine was in their pharmacy. I asked to speak to the owner of the store. He refuses to speak to me.Unfortunately, I have been in retailing my entire career, and if myself or my staff makes an error, I take ownership of the problem and tell the client I am very sorry I will speak to my staff, and this will not happen again.Needless to say, the owner does not care about my time, my aggravation and my daughters pain management. It is quite disappointing is the era of big box pharmacies, such as Duane Reade and CVS that your local pharmacy cannot step up to the plate and correct their error and to do right by their customers.I will never frequent the pharmacy again. I will not go there when I am walking my dog to pick up something to drink or anything I need when I go into that store for convenience and to support the local community. If I’m not so important to the owner, then I will go somewhere else. End of story.I do not write reviews. I do not write letters. I let things go, except when it is absolutely necessary. I don’t want this scenario to happen to someone else. Customer beware!

My neighborhood pharmacy of 20 years closed 6 months ago. It was most upsetting as I was use to the pharmacy knowing me, my scripts and always having a moment to educate me on some new item. I decided to go to HealthSource. I am stunned by the fantastic customer service and concern for me! Jenny Zhu, the Supervising Pharmacist, ALWAYS takes the time to explain a change in my prescription or generic to me. If she doesn't have the medicine on hand she notifies me as soon as it arrives. Jenny is always patient, kind and even beneath her mask I know she is smiling!! Everyone that works there has the same customer service ethic and care. Sometimes, when one door close the next one that opens leads you to a better place. ?

Great pharmacy with staff that's efficient and friendly. Most importantly I have compared the prices of various grocery items sold here and most of the time they're cheaper than Whole Foods and other grocery store in the area. They also have some health items that you can't find anywhere else so I'm so happy they're near my building.

Outrageous price gouger. Avoid this store. $40 for home test kit? When challenged, clerk said "I only work here!)." A disgrace. Wish it was a crime.

This business is price gouging at-home COVID-19 tests. They are charging $40 for the iHealth brand 2-pack test boxes, which cost about $13-$20 anywhere else online or in stores. And they know what they're doing--they make a point of telling you the tests are non-refundable when you check out. Disgraceful.

I got a Covid vaccine booster two days ago. I usually have a fear in needle but Dr. Boris (pharmacist) was very gentle and nice during vaccination. Also, all staff there are very kind and helpful! Thank you so much! and HAPPY NEW YEAR *.*

Price gauging at it's finest. Went in to purchase a covid 19 take home test, to my surprise they had them. When I went to check out it was $40, the same exact test/product elsewhere is $23. No wonder they still have them. They pride them selves in being the neighborhood pharmacy meanwhile they choose to gauge prices and take advantage of people

I’m lucky to have this as my local pharmacy! The prices are great and the pharmacist is helpful, communicative and cares a lot for the customers.

I love this independent pharmacy. It is also a small health food store stocking those items you wouldn't easily find elsewhere in the immediate area. Their pricing is reasonable, especially for the area. The pharmacist is helpful and attentive and most of the workers are warm and helpful. If I had a complaint it would be they'd expand on the hours available for deliveries.

Lovely little neighborhood spot. Staff are very helpful and the pharmacist is lovely. She's so cheery and always goes out of her way to help out! It's also a mini convenience/grocery store with a nice selection for when you don't want to make the trip out to WF/Dag.

Lovely pharmacist. She's always cheerful and helpful. They are great at meeting your pharmacy needs when other chains can't seem to do so and have refills when it's time. I highly recommend.
