I can only give 4 ?. It was my first time at this location.Overall customer service was very warming and accommodated my need. Also helped assist me with the coffee machine after a long night. And because of the service i received, I will be returning.

I have stayed here twice while visiting New York City! This hotel has a great location, clean rooms, and the service is lovely. For a quick trip it’s a hotel I’d definitely recommend! The view of the Empire State Building and its proximity to Korea Town are a great bonus!Walkability: Very close to Korea town, Bryant park, Times Square and many subway entrances!

Not a real Garden Inn. More like a simple Hampton. Rooms are really small with PTACs. Amenities are singular… great staff. Clean.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the maintenance and engineering team. I work in maintenance myself and noticed that my room was very well maintained!The caulking around the shower looked nicely done, nothing was wiggling on the shower, all the ceilings and walls looked clean and freshly painted. The grout was done nicely! I know these are all little things. I notice that they often go unoticed by other hotels I’ve been too and maintenance almost never gets reviews, so I thought I would share!Please forward this to the team, and send them my regards! We liked everything!The room was good, and if something was missing we asked for it and that was it.Very well located, spectacular attention. I would have maybe loved it to include breakfast, but there was a little store there.

Be aware of a large deposit , we seen reports or people paying $150. We were forced to pay $500 deposit on arrival. Stupid high amount, more than the cost of our stay. Room not cleaned daily as requested.

Super kind and accommodating staff. Clean room with a wonderful empire state building view. Excellent location. We will stay here again on our next trip to the city.Safety: The hotel locks the front doors at midnight which can be opened with your key card.Walkability: In every central location walking distance from K-town, Times Square, Empire State building, Broadway, and tons of great restaurants.Food & drinks: Super close to Liberty bagel which is a must!

Deposit $100 for 2 nights. Please cancel the card immediately upon check-out. I like it because there is no resort fee. It was in the corner of the 10th floor, so it wasn't too noisy because it was soundproofed, but you could hear the siren outside 24 hours a day. It's right in front of the subway station and there are many places to walk to, so it's easily accessible.Rooms: I stayed in a twin room for 2 nights. The room size was average and the heater was by the window so it was warm. There are towels, tissues, a refrigerator, a microwave, and you need to bring a toothbrush and toothpaste.Nearby activities: Great location for access to Times Square, Koreatown, Empire Building, Essa Bagel, and diners on foot.

Loved the stay. Hospitality was great. Access, check-in, checkout, room service was all prompt and great. Would surely visit again in future and would definitely recommend.Walkability: Very close to lots of great food places.

Great location but very small room. We had a view of the empire state building so very nice outlook. Very central to things and right next to a subway entrance.

I regret to inform you that our experience at this particular Hilton hotel was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. We found ourselves essentially held hostage in our room due to a major health issue caused by another guest. Despite expressing our concerns to the manager, we were met with rudeness and were not allowed to leave our room.Furthermore, the cafe's exorbitant $5 charge for coffee, combined with their unpleasant attitude, only added to our dissatisfaction. Additionally, while the gym boasted a Peloton, it was inoperable, further diminishing our experience.Upon finally being able to leave our room, we requested relief on our bill due to the lack of hospitality we experienced. Unfortunately, our request was met with indifference, as nothing was offered to compensate for our inconvenience.Even after reaching out to corporate support, we were met with unhelpfulness and lack of resolution. As a result of this dismal experience, we have decided not to stay at Hilton hotels in the future.

The room cleaning is bad. In a week, the room wasn't cleaned at all three times and once at the beginning of the trip only after being asked to do so. Also, given the mass of guests, no one seems to care about complaints...
