Cannot say enough good things about Hotel 32 32. General Manager Mike Maynard made sure our three-room booking was seamless. Rooms were very affordable, clean and comfortable with plenty of room especially for a boutique hotel. Location is amazing for walking to anything Midtown. My new go-to hotel in

I recommend it too much. I was a little worried because I hadn't seen anyone recommending it, but I was surprised. The excellent location, the price was very good, the rooms have good space, there is a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.I would definitely stay again

Worst hotel to go to, unclean rooms, no heat, rude unprofessional workers who hang up the phone or tell you they will call back but never do and then say they forget, this hotel needs to shut down and also the manager said he doesn't like to talk to customers so all the workers always say he's in a

Room was clean. The balcony in the pictures look nothing like the ones in the picture. It's a 4×4 square 12 feet up in the air. ( I was on the 12th floor) I was shook! Couldn't even make myself go out there. Scary as hell. Location is okay not great. Room was very hot I had to sleeo with window open. You have no access to changing the temperature in the room which is weird. No fan either.

I stayed one night. I’m a local but I have roommates, so sometimes I like to find an affordable hotel for a night. I was not pleased with the $34 resort fee b/c while I enjoyed my quick stay it’s far from a resort and the “amenities” they list are pathetic. Also the $175 “incidental” charge, while refundable, I wish the owners would understand that someone staying at this hotel is MOST likely on a budget, so $175 could be their whole vacation budget for 2-3 days. While the $34 is mentioned in advance, the $175 is AFTER BOOKING. This should be mentioned up front, even with a “3rd Party” booking.I forgot to take pics, but room was decent for my purpose. Bathroom is an ok size. The room didn’t feel cramped, ok size maybe 400 sq ft. Everything was clean, remodeled from old most likely. There were only 3 rooms on my floor (11). Mine was in the back so only a view of other buildings and no point of using tiny balcony that is only big enough for one person standing, but nice if you want to get some outside air. It’s quieter than street facing. Entrance is basic, hallways nice. The older gentleman was nice.Rooms: Basic. Nice decor, not hung interesting or amazing. Ok size, they probably have nicer, I knew I was booking a basic room.Walkability: Close to 6 train and 34th st bus so you can get anywhere quickly.Food & drinks: 2 bottles of basic water available as part of the “resort fee”. There was a tray with snacks to purchase.

Bad cleaning service and a lot of outside noise, rooms not soundproofed and the interior needs some changeRooms: Needs. Small changes that would brighten the client's stay are minimal details and the fantastic reception service solves everything for you what they lose on one hand they gain on the other

This place was gross. Room was dingy, dark and not that clean, toilet seat was coming off, couldn’t get the heat to work, and didn’t bother saying anything to front desk staff because the lady was surly and unhelpful. I literally slept on top of the bed because I didn’t trust what might have happened if I got in. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The location is perfect! On the corner is the subway and you can move everywhere, it has outside parking and another closed one (the closed one has a cost). They don't provide breakfast, but if they give you tea, milk and coffee, they leave them in your room and you can ask for more if you run out. The rooms are small but comfortable, those with a balcony are very New York, they speak Spanish and English. They also have a sushi-only place for dinner right there.I would go again, it is very nice and recommended :)

This place was literally by far the worst hotel I ever experienced in new york city. First of all, I was scammed & ripped off completely! When I arrived & entered my room I noticed they gave me a handicap room because apparently that’s all they had available for 1 night which was completely insane to me, I didn’t have any towels or rags inside the room I had to call house cleaning more than twice just to receive clean towels and rags! My room was super tiny. The sliding doors on the stand up shower was broken & rusty when I went to open it up. It was hair on my sheets, in the tub, etc! When I mentioned it to one of the house keepers & front desk they caught a attitude & told me it would be taken care of but I felt as though the issue wasn’t really resolved because I still was uncomfortable & unpleased with the service. In total I paid $315.25 plus an extra $32 for the New York City tax fee. Which was insane to me because it was not worth it at all. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! THIS PLACE IS NASTY AND VERY UNPLEASANT! I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE! LITERALLY A WASTE OF MONEY.
