I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location that I feel compelled to share, in hopes that others can avoid the inconvenience and frustration I encountered. Just when I thought everything was set for my appointment, I received a last-minute cancellation notice from them. They informed me, rather nonchalantly, that they didn't have anyone available to assist me with my tax needs. This last-minute change not only put me in a difficult position concerning my taxes but also left a bitter taste regarding their reliability and professionalism.Their lack of foresight and poor communication has convinced me to advise others to look elsewhere for their tax services. Do not trust this location with your tax needs; find another provider who values your time and business.

The tax expert I worked with sped through all details of my tax return and kept on taking other phone calls. Also, my tax return was the lowest I've ever received. I used you guys last year and had more than double in tax returns and I had been a freelancer for most of 2020. This time, I had to put all of my tax returns towards H&R Block services. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience and will never use your services again. Absolute rip off no one should use H&R Block.
