Recently received a letter from the IRS regarding an issue with my health insurance end of year form. Tried calling customer service, and always get a machine requesting to press a number (nothing pertaining to my issue) instead of a person. Called H&R block stores and received an automated message that their are temporarily closed. I need help with an issue regarding forms they submitted for me pertaining to the IRS, and I'm not provided with any assistance.
