Citizens admitted to a bank error that caused my credit score to drop 50pts. They have yet to rectify the issue with the credit agencies. Bank with them at your own risk.

There is only one issue at this bank that is the teller that throws the receipts at you . She is not nice other than that it is a nice environment! Nice people . The manager always friendly and my favorite teller mr Gerard young

Good experience and friendly service. was not waiting very long since there was only 1 person in line. the customer service rep was very helpful, letting me know i was about to lose money from transferring out of a non-matured CD.

HSBC at 80 8th avenue has the rudest and most ill mannered manager at the moment. I was a customer for over 20 years and had to close my accounts because Denise and her boss (who chomped on an orange while demanding to know why I was transferring funds out of my account) are so in need of customer service training that any interaction with them is reduced to school marms pulling up an unruly student. Banking is a service- I do not require an interrogation, rudeness or sniffling when I want to conduct business.
