DO NOT USE THIS BANK! #WORSTBANKEVERIf you're looking for a bank that will offer fantastic programs like: 10% cash back for 9 billing cycles ( 9 months) for up to $1000 charged on a Citizen credit card, and anything over $1000 in purchases will return 1.8% cash back....bla bla bla....lies lies lies..Sounds good! So if I charge $1000 a month for nine months, that's $900 back in my pocket? Not so fast! After you've signed up, and are paying your first bill ( requires the opening of a savings, or checking account for the cash back money to be deposited), you will no-how, no-way, get the full 10% cash back. It's called Mickey, Mouse math. Or how to cheat and take back your original promises that got the poor s***** to sign up in the first place (me). The way they calculate your cash back becomes very convoluted where you supposedly get the credits from one month extending to another month ( no simple defined dates and easy clarification of what purchases are being credited). Besides that, there's constant fees applied to your credit card. There's a $10 monthly fee if you don't make a monthly deposit to your account that was set up for the money ( sweep) from the cash back. I tried to pay my first bill for my cc over the phone, and I waited 40 min for a person. He finally took my payment and would not give me a confirmation for the transaction. I asked for a confirmation email ( for payment), and I never got one. This is only the beginning....getting dizzy? Let's say your cashback is $87.46. You ( if you're lucky) will only get $75, with the remaining $12.46 put aside until it reaches an increment of $25. Yes, another new rule sprung after you signed up. They also refuse to compute the rewards balances in a way that makes sense. Confusion, more confusion and fees ( late fee even if you've paid) etc etc. Horrible Bank! Horrible people who compute what is owed you with rules from another planet. When I finally got a person on the phone and paid my entire balance, i I asked for a confirmation number or email. I was told I'd get an email ( never received one). A week later, when I was checking my account as to the paid bill, I noticed it didn't post to my checking account. By the way! There was no record of a payment made. I had to go to the bank, make a payment in person, and was charged a $22 late fee! This is only the beginning of their incompetence, lies, and petty thievery of pushing fees, not posting payments, charging interest on unpaid fees ( or unprocessed fees)...OMG! I'm getting exhausted just regurgitating this nightmare. All I can say is DONT GET SEDUCED BY PROMISES . THEYRE ALL LIES! If I could give minus 5 stars I would!#WORST BANK EVER

Excellent service! Branch manager Ms Carter, and bank teller Lorraine, were very professional, kind, and helpful. I was taken care of immediately, and everything was handled efficiently, without delays, and most imprtantly, with a smile all throughout. Thank you! ???

I had personal accounts (checking and savings) for over 3 years as well as business accounts, my accounts combined per month held $20,000-$25,000 per month. The customer service , communication, and management of the teams here are horrible. I closed out my accounts this past week and moved to Apple Bank. Customer service and communication is better elsewhere. Avoid HSBC especially this branch as well as the one on 68th and 3rd for any type of banking... Avoid like the plague! Do not trust them with any of your money period. Horrible experience! Horrible!

Just counterbalancing some of the seemingly phony reviews below. I've found this branch to be no worse than most banks, even pleasant.
