i don’t know what you losers are complaining about in the reviews, this branch like many other branches is very cooperative and quick with their tasks, they also offered me a drink and had great customer service, couldn’t be more happy.

Well, from reading the other reviews I was prepared for taking a ticket, and waiting for hours. But when I went in at 10am on a Monday morning, there was no line in front of me, and I was served immediately. They weren't able to deposit my fifteen year old check, but hey :) the environment is aesthetically pleasing, see photos.

This branch is the most rude, the most unprofessional. Nasty and disgusting how they treat people. My grandpa has been banking with them for 40 years and they treat him like a dog cause he’s 95. Avoid this bank, avoid MAVIS she’s divorced and now I know why. Thomas is a tough guy that has my grandpa at hostage with another lady. They locked his account and now are giving the poor man run around.The manager amen is supposedly going to investigate but he sounds no better than his own team. Avoid this place only if you want your money stuck and kept hostage in a office with liars. Today asked for a manager said he wasn’t here until we agreed to have our lawyer come clean this mess up and he enter out of the blue.

Terrible service and completely inefficient! They no longer have bank tellers (which is a primary reason people even come into a branch). It is the most inefficient time wasting service I've experienced - joining a line via a QR code (which no one realizes) and then waiting for so long simply to pay in a deposit. Customers are sitting around waiting to be seen while staff walk around doing very little. Went into Chase the other day and the experience was one million times better!

HSBC still works for Russia, shockingly. I've also had dealings directly with HSBC here in NYC that have demonstrated to me that HSBC is corrupt.

The front desk guy was rude when I asked how long is the wait after sitting there for 15 mins. Then tells me I need to be patient because they're on holiday schedule?? How long is their holiday? As far as I'm aware the next holiday is new years which is days away. Why aren't they managing their schedules better??

Called the 250 park Av branch, after many rings, someone picked up and I heard background noise of people talking, I said “hello “, and whoever picked up the phone hung up on me. I tried to call again, after 5 minutes ringing, nobody picked up and I had to hang up. Is this branch open at all? No customer service, none whatsoever!

Doesn’t exist - signs say it’s open and nothing. Can’t wait to stop banking with you these people. No idea of “normal” person and mind you I’m a premier client too
