Literally charged me on purpose for two sets f flowers and I only wanted one. Said I’d have to come back the next day to possibly get a refund.

Make sure you use cash. They randomly charged my card $346 last week. Not only that but they like to add extra charges and say “it’s cause you used a card”. Dirty deli and disgusting people. They know inflation is happening and they’re getting greedy.

Another great deli/bodega on the west side. It’s very clean and the staff is friendly. Went with my usual morning breakfast sandwich - the bacon egg and cheese on an every thing bagel. Nothing beats this and for $5 it’s a great value that will fill you up. Oh and they also deliver which is a huge plus!

Arrived in NYC on Thanksgiving night ..nothing really open thag wouldn't break the bank.. we found this deli and decided to give it a shot.. I was surprised at the available menu.. after we ordered our meal I had ti say it was delicious.. fast service .friendly staff..

Great Service and Food. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak that was outstanding. While I was waiting , I witnessed a “customer” who berated and verbally abused the cook, owner and owners mother. The staff did nothing to deserve this. The deli owner handled the situation with class. I apologized on behalf of the emotionally challenged customer. I will continue to shop at the deli. The family is a class act.
