One of the best hotels in Manhattan. Had pleasant experience during the stay. The staffs were welcoming and helpful. You may notice the effort of the hotel to minimize any inconvenience should you have. The top floor is another gem.

I normally travel with a total of 6. Finding rooms which can accommodate 6 people can be difficult and expensive. Everything in new York is expensive already. This has to be the smallest room for 6 people I have ever seen.I appreciate that the rooms are small but happy that the beds were queens. There was about 9 inches to scoot between the end of the sleeper sofa and the bottom of the beds. The breakfast was good, the people I interacted with were friendly, room was clean. Location was about 0.4 miles from time square.Odd shaped hotel. Super tall and skinny with only 8 rooms per floor and 26 floors. We had a nice view if the empire State building. You can also go to the roof terrace.

Budget hotel in a central location, ideal for a visit to Manhattan. My room had a great view over Midtown. The room was comparatively large, had a coffee maker, a safe and a couch. The TV was a little older, but big enough. The bed was comfortable. I can highly recommend the breakfast. I was impressed by the selection and variety. The team was also very nice. However, I have two points of criticism: My room was not sufficiently soundproofed. Noise could be heard both from the street and from the corridor. This is important for anyone who is a light sleeper. Also, the Wi-Fi was unfortunately not very fast and kept disconnecting.

Old fashioned rooms. Ours was without a view and with a lot of noise from the buildings next to us. Couldn't sleep the first night. I didn't get another room.

We arrived in town super early the day of checkin so the room wasn't ready yet. Davis was at the counter at the time (9:30am), held our bags while we started exploring, and told us to come back at noon. When we walked back in, he had our key cards ready, wheeled out our bags, and we could get settled. Breakfast staff was always amazing and cheerful to help you start the day. Great experience with our NYC accommodations. We stayed in room 2003. Beautiful view of the Empire State building and it was lit differently each night. We stayed Jan 24-28, 2024. In the off-season as it was, this room was around $480 per night. I am a World of Hyatt member, used travel points for this stay and they definitely showed their appreciation. Book directly with the hotel to avoid additional fees from booking sites.#jessicawilltravel#wingstrategies #womanownedbusinessRooms: Great size and space with everything you need. I like having a fridge and coffee maker.Nearby activities: Lots of great dining and shopping nearby. Close to Times Square without being in the middle of the chaos.Safety: In the evenings, they have key card entrance. No issues with anyone hanging outside that shouldn't be there.Walkability: Walked to lots of area activities and decently close to the subway and bus stations

Arrived in NY last night , called into this hotel for a night cap. Wow what can I say blown away by the service we received from our bartender Mo. What a lovely experience he was so attentive and helpful, such an asset to this hotel will most definitely be returning today for such wonderful hospitality.Nearby activities: So close to our hotel and ESB

They have public wifi which is very slow and most of the time unable to connect to it. When asked hotel official, they said they are aware of the situation and can’t do anything about it.Disappointed when we pay so much and don’t even get wifi in room.
